Pros:

Escogimos este hotel para pasar unos días en pareja y la estancia fue mejor de lo esperado. Por fuera parece un 3* al uso pero por dentro está totalmente reformado y sobre todo muy limpio y acogedor.
Limpieza diaria de habitación y cambio de toallas (que por cierto huelen riquísimo) el baño está muy limpio. Hay televisión en la habitación, aire acondicionado/calefacción que funcionaban perfecto y pequeño secador en el baño.
Pequeña terraza con mesita y sillas y un pequeño tendal (que se agradece muchísimo tenerlo en zonas turísticas de veraneo)
Personal de pisos muy encantadoras, y el trato de recepcionistas y camareras del buffet de desayuno muy agradables.
La habitación 208 es interior y tiene vista parcial a la piscina. Fuimos después de Semana Santa y es un ambiente tranquilo y familiar con un precio asequible y desayuno buffet incluído (abundande aunque demasiado temprano para los europeos: de 08:00h a 10:00h) Hay mucho sitio para aparcar en la calle y está en una zona tranquila y con muchos sercivios: zonas para comer, tomar un cocktail, escuchar música, farmacia, gasolinera tiendas de souvenirs...
El día de salida muy temprano (05:30am por horario de vuelos) el chico de recepción nos ofreció desayunar (aunque el buffet estaba cerrado), la máquina de café y zumos estaba encendida, tostadora, pan, fruta y algo de fiambre. Se agradece muchísimo y el detalle marca la diferencia con otros hoteles de similar categoría.
Recomiendo notablemente este hotel porque nuestra estancia fue de 12 sobre 10 y segurísimo que repetimos. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena por su trabajo.

Cons:

Quizás las camas no eran demasiado cómodas y a última hora de la noche el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente pero esto es por rebuscar y poner una ínfima pega porque del resto es ideal.

Der Aufenthalt war okay, aber das Zimmer und einige Details hätten für den Preis deutlich besser sei
Pros:

Der Mini Club hat meiner Tochter viel Freude bereitet.
Das Betreuungsteam war freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, die Kinder zu unterhalten. Besonders gut gefallen haben ihr das Tanzen am Pool und die Minidisco – beides tolle Angebote für Kinder.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings, dass deutlich weniger Deutsch gesprochen wurde, als wir erwartet hatten. Gerade für jüngere Kinder, die sich noch nicht so gut auf Englisch oder anderen Sprachen verständigen können, wäre eine stärkere Präsenz deutschsprachiger Betreuerinnen und Betreuer wünschenswert gewesen.

Auch die Altersgrenzen im Mini Club könnten etwas feiner gestaffelt sein. Für unsere achtjährige Tochter war es teilweise schon ein wenig zu „kindlich“. Dieses Jahr hatte sie aber dennoch Spaß – vermutlich wird es im nächsten Jahr dann eher nicht mehr passen.

Gemischter Eindruck – Zimmer enttäuschend, Angebot ausbaufähig

Ich war ehrlich gesagt erschrocken über den Zustand unseres Zimmers. Für den Preis und basierend auf den guten Bewertungen, die ich vorab gelesen hatte, hatte ich eine bessere Ausstattung und modernere Möbel erwartet.

Das Schlafsofa war stark durchgesessen, sodass die Kissen ständig schief lagen. Die Klappfunktion zum Umbauen ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen – vermutlich einfach abgenutzt. Positiv: Die Bezüge werden offenbar regelmäßig gewaschen. Allerdings ist das Polster selbst in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Auch die Gardinen hätten eine gründliche Reinigung nötig.

In der Küche war die Besteckschublade nur noch schwer zu öffnen, der Griff des Kühlschranks war schmutzig – ebenso der Drehknopf der Mikrowelle. Die Mikrowelle an sich war jedoch in gutem Zustand und funktionierte problemlos. Die Schranktür zum Mülleimer ließ sich nicht mehr korrekt schließen. Insgesamt merkt man, dass das Hotel (bzw. diese Unterkunft) modernisierungsbedürftig ist.

Freizeitangebote & Automaten

Es gibt einige Spiele wie Billard und Air Hockey – diese kosten jeweils einen Euro pro Spiel. Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat, waren die Greifautomaten mit Kuscheltieren, die ebenfalls einen Euro pro Versuch kosten. Diese Spiele sind teuer, die Plüschtiere darin von minderer Qualität. Ich frage mich, ob solche Automaten überhaupt in einer kinderfreundlichen Anlage nötig sind.

Verpflegung & Restaurantübersicht

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die große Auswahl an Speisen. Leider war die Qualität nicht durchgehend überzeugend – da hätte ich bei einem 4-Sterne-Haus etwas mehr erwartet.

Etwas verwirrend war auch die Organisation rund um die Restaurants: Es war nicht sofort ersichtlich, welches Restaurant welchen Namen trägt und wo genau man mit Halbpension essen kann. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive.

Pros:

Jednoznačně personál (byli velmi nápomocní, když se mi zatoulal chlapeček - za to moc dekuji), jídlo bylo super (vybere si kazdy), vecerni drinky neměly chybu, ale ani ty přes den u bazénu nebyli špatný. Bazény, skákací kopule, animační tým (hezke vecerni programy)

Cons:

Určitě by to už chtělo rekonstrukci a bylo by to dokonalý. Bohužel mi prijde, ze mallorca je tak moc vyhledávaná turistická destinace, že hotely nemají důvod rekonstrukci podstupovat. Poloha je trošku dal od pláže, ale dalo se dojít i s menšími dětmi.

Pros:

Hôtel très sympa, espace aquatique grand et pour tous les âges, supers toboggans pour les enfants !
Les espaces extérieurs sont sympas, et l’hôtel est situé à quelques pas du centre ville et de la plage
Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

Le buffet vraiment pas terrible
Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement
Notre chambre était un peu humide
La literie était pas terrible non plus

Pros:

Stedet fungerer rigtig godt med en masse mindre og større pools og beboelse i fine blokke indrammer området perfekt. Super boldbane til børnene ved siden af restauranten. Personalet var super imødekommende og hårdt arbejdende.

Cons:

Det lugtede lidt af mug over det meste og faciliteterne var generelt dårligt vedligeholdt, herunder defekt aircondition.

Tolles Essen, tolle Pools, schöne Anlage, sehr geräumige Zimmer

Cons:

Durchgelegene Matratzen, nur kalte Klimaanlage - daher gesamt zu kalt im Zimmer, beschädigte Möbel, unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, das gesamte Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht auf 4sterne Niveau

Cons:

Whirpool beim Innenpool lief nicht. Sauna lief nicht und war nicht einladend. Alt und verlottert. Dort will man nicht saunieren.
Essen am Buffet war leider oft kalt, ausser es kam direkt vom Grill / Pfanne

Pros:

Staff are incredibly friendly. Enjoyed a relaxing break, great choice of pools and dining options. There were alot of families with very young kids during our stay in September, can see why its the perfect choice of hotel for them. Our teens enjoyed water polo, water slide, astro turf and playing kahoot at night. Something for everyone at this hotel.

Cons:

Dining options limited to buffet restaurant if not signed up to one week fully inclusive.

Pros:

everything was nicely prepared, the facility is very nice, ideal for families with children- swimming pools clean, great food in the kitchen,I recommend it for children....

however, guests visiting the facility should clean up empty drink cups and take them to the return point.
