Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen
Pros:

Franco ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er war immer persönlich ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Alles an der kleinen Ferienanlage ist gut durchdacht, gepflegt und sauber.
Das Apartment liegt in einer günstigen Lage im Cilento. Man kann südliche Ziele wie Polinuro oder auch Paestum im Norden gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Nicht weit davon gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine großartige Bar voller Köstlichkeiten, in 10 Minuten ist man an einem tollen Strand( leer, kristallklares Wasser: Oktober...)
Die Ruhe ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Cons:

ein scharfes Messer hat uns gefehlt in der Küche, aber das ist nebensächlich!

Natuur, rust: een heerlijke verborgen plek om terug te keren.
Pros:

Franco is een bijzonder charmante man, altijd bereid om te helpen en tips te geven. Een zalige plek om te verblijven, ver weg van de drukte. Het werkt zo ontspannend: geen geluid, geen inkijk en toch niet ver om een restaurant op te zoeken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. De zee is heel nabij en in dit seizoen geen drukke bedoening. Heerlijke bar met de Italiaanse koffie op zijn best. Een plek om terug te keren.

Cons:

Alles was prima. Toch vond ik het jammer dat er geen oven of micro wave ter beschikking was. Het is een plek waar het heerlijk toeven is om er ook van een hap te kunnen genieten.

Pros:

We really enjoyed a tranquil and beautiful stay, and met very kind hosts in Franco and Rossana. It was the perfect location for us and our small family, and for a base for exploring the surrounding area, including lots of beaches only a few minutes by car.  Back at Borgo del Franco in the evening we enjoyed watching the shooting stars and listening to the sounds of nature. Highly recommended! Grazie mille

Hôtel agréable mais logement décevant.
Pros:

L’hôtel en lui même est très beau, en particulier l’espace couvert qui est très bien aménagé avec une vue superbe. C’est un endroit très reposant, qui doit être d’autant plus beau au printemps lorsque la nature est moins asséchée par la chaleur.

Le propriétaire et sa femme sont très agréables et à l’écoute.

Dans son ensemble le logement est confortable.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas tout à fait conforme à ce que j’attendais par rapport aux photos de booking, notamment pour la terrasse privée munie que les photos de fauteuils design et confortables et de couvertures. En réalité ce sont deux chaises de plage qui sont installées sur une petite terrasse avec vue sur une petite structure en ferraille, et un grillage avec les voisins à 1 mètre de nous… la photo de la terrasse était prise de telle façon qu’on ne se rendait pas compte de ce détail. Je n’y ai personnellement pas mis les pieds, préférant l’espace extérieur couvert plus agréable.
- Aucune photo également de la salle de bain qui est sommaire, les portes de la douche se ferment a peine correctement
- Le plus gros bémol reste la propreté du logement qui laisse vraiment à désirer. Le ménage n’a clairement pas été fait avant notre arrivée, il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles, des petits insectes morts et des toiles d’araignées dans la salle de bain, autour de la porte d’entrée et dans les coins de la cuisine, des miettes et poussières en quantité sous la table à manger ainsi que dans la salle de bain, sur les armoires et les marches d’escalier, des taches partout à l’extérieur de la bouilloire, qui partaient simplement en passant le doigt dessus.
- Tous ces points sont des choses qui peuvent être facilement améliorées, mais que nous ne devrions pas avoir à faire remarquer lorsque nous payons quasiment 200 euros la nuit. Je ne m’y suis pas retrouvée dans le rapport qualité prix.

Tutto bello , confrontandomi con il proprietario abbiamo parlato della struttura che è in fase di realizzazione dí crescita avendo ad oggi dei servizi in meno che sono purtroppo essenziali, come la colazione, pranzo/ cena con tanto di piscina e per chiudere un parcheggio coperto ma come vi ho già detto prima è tutto in fase di progettazione, se oggi è un posto bello sono certo che dopo la realizzazione di questo progetto sarà sicuramente spettacolare, meraviglioso, ma vi assicuro che già lo è ma purtroppo ci vogliono questi ultimi accorgimenti perché le persone sono molto esigenti quindi bisogna stare al passo con i tempi, auguro al signor Franco e la moglie di realizzare al più presto possibile tutto questo. ❤️

It’s a new building with a beautiful and thoughtful concept and interior. The accommodation is very clean, cozy and modern. It comes with a kitchen and beautiful terraces to hang out and enjoy the calmness.
The Cilento area is magnificently beautiful! From the accommodation you can do many day trips and it has beautiful beaches close by. For us it ticked all boxes!!!
Franco and Rossana are amazing hosts - answering all questions and giving activity recommendations, very caring and welcoming! We will most definitely come back again and recommend it further! Thank you!!!
