Adequate provision but setting poses problems
Pros:

The amenities in the room were all of a really good standard but could benefitted from a more thorough cleaning and use of some bleach in the bathroom.

Cons:

The proximity to the motorway with its noise and the danger of exiting the compound directly into the oncoming flow of traffic was quite scary at time and getting into the city involved driving 3 kms in the opposite direction to then cross over 3 lanes of fast moving traffic to do a U -turn to return down the opposite side of the motorway
