Bad I will never ever recommend it

My check in was at 14:00 , I got there at 16:30 and my room wasn’t cleaned it was dirty , the bed wasn’t made . When I told my host he ignored my calls

Could be better for what you pay..
Pros:

Area was good and close for what I needed. Key was easy to obtain after reading the email received. Shops close By to get snacks.

Cons:

The TV had nothing pre logged in to watch. They did not even leave us with any coffee sachets or tea/sugar. Parking on basement floor 2 had the door locked so had to walk down to the other floor

The beauty of the hotel & system used to make sure only relevant people get the key when checking in

Cons:

The fact that no one is available to welcome you in escorting you to your room & show you how their system works (we took 30 minutes to check in) including guiding you where to get restaurant around the building plus the gym or the pool, you are left to figure out things on your own, the place is beautiful but has room for improvement

I liked that the hotel is at a Central place which is convinient to everything

Cons:

Staff was horrible, not kind and unwilling to give clear directions regarding the booking. The room was too small than what was shown on the website, the place lacked resources to use e.g no utensils, limited towels, and bathing soaps, the place had an unpleasant manly smell, it also smelled like someone used to smoke in it. I am not happy about how I was treated and how I was told that that’s how the property owner behave

I like the apartments on its own but not the one I booked , and for the fact that it wasn’t my first stay probably just a different agency

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that , I asked for an earlier reservation as they only responded after 12pm , and for the fact that when I have to go to my room it was dirty and the cleaner told me that she’s busy with the other room and I must tell the person that gave me her number to come clean the room. From my request declined to me checking in at 3pm
