Da umidade dos corredores do 3 andar, estive em abril, vertia água pelas paredes e quartos e em consequência cheiro de mofo.

Mas esse ano ocorreu muito transtorno.

Cons:

O quarto estava com problema no chuveiro e o hotel com problema no compressor central deixando o quarto ,paredes molhadas e muito frio, pingando muito.

Faltou uma TV na sala principal, devido constar dois hóspedes nesse ambiente, tinha só no quarto.

O flat é espaçoso, foi suficiente para acomodar minha família, os funcionários são super educados e prestativos, e a localização nem se fala, muito bem localizado.

Cons:

A acústica não é boa, então a proximidade da porta do flat com o elevador nos incomodou um pouco, pois, devido a liberdade de circulação 24 horas, muitos hóspedes chegam em grupo conversando alto durante a noite, más nada que nos impressa de voltar, no geral foi muito bom.

Ar-condicionado muito frio não regula paredes muito úmida se baixamos o ar o quarto enche de água ,Luz do banheiro só funciona uma a Luz da entrada piscando tive que aperta ,corredores alagados pingando água do teto e paredes ,arriscado acidentes.

O Flat é um ótimo custo benefício e atendimento.

Cons:

A limpeza geral do apartamento é ótima, mas todos os 6 travesseiros estavam super mofados por dentro (sem capa) e alguns utensílios e itens de cozinha sujos.
