Nažalost, nismo pronašli nijedan element koji bismo mogli istaknuti kao pozitivan.

Cons:

Apartman je bio izuzetno prljav i neuredan, uz prisutan neugodan miris. Stvarno stanje nije odgovaralo fotografijama na Bookingu. Higijenski uvjeti bili su neprihvatljivi, zbog čega smo bili primorani napustiti smještaj odmah po dolasku. Očekujemo da će vlasnik poduzeti potrebne mjere kako se ovakve situacije ne bi ponovile.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione e la colazione inclusa, il proprietario molto paziente ci ha permesso di fare check-in anche a mezzanotte e mezza.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza aveva qualche pecca, come ad esempio il lavandino del bagno otturato.

Si può sicuramente migliorare… la struttura è bella i servizi da rivedere.
Pros:

La struttura è in una splendida posizione. Vista mare bellissima. Piscina bella (non l’ho potuta usare vista la stagione) e struttura rustica molto bella.

Cons:

La pulizia prima di tutto non era davvero all’altezza della struttura. Alcuni esempi: le cialde del caffè (2 di numero) a pagamento (1€) erano in un cestino con polvere e laniccio. Le coperte non sembravano fresche di bucato (invece lenzuola e asciugamani si). Il divano decisamente “vissuto”. A terra nel bagno lo scarto dell’involucro del sapone fornito agli ospiti precedenti. Non fornito kit cortesia a noi fatta eccezione per due saponette solide.
L’accoglienza uguale non all’altezza. Chi ci ha accolti non parlava granché italiano e quando gli ho chiesto di fare un upgrade al piano terra mi ha detto che era tutto full, ma le stanze al piano terra erano anche libere… eh vabbè.
Cancello della struttura perennemente aperto come la porta di ingresso al vano scale… quindi non grande sicurezza. Portone dell’appartamento che faceva travedere l’interno.
La colazione non era male, ma (spiega in inglese l’addetto all’accoglienza causa bassa stagione) non è in struttura ma presso il vicino bar del paese, magari si poteva indicare questa condizione perché doveva essere raggiunto a piedi con scale e salite da percorrere.

Tolles Anwesen mit schöner Aussicht und grossem Pool. Sehr unkomplizierte Betreiber mit eigenem Restaurant (empfehlenswert) im Tal. Zimmer bzw. Wohnung war riesig.
