Check in Between 3pm-5pm. Checkin located at 4101 Mayfair Street, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577. Anyone checking in after 5pm will need to coordinate with the property staff for Lock box instructions and arrival details. Please call 843 839-2737 in advance if you have not heard from someone prior to arrival.

It was nasty and they wouldn’t fix the broken items. They didn’t even offer to move us.

3 bedrooms was great..although I think the master should have a King bed and all others Queen beds

Location was great and had no parking issues. View of the beach is decent. Things for kids to do on site was good. The bluegreen front staff was amazing, the property management company not so much.
Definitely NOT worth the money. Mold in both bathrooms and vents above dining table, numerous lights in several rooms didn't work and they wouldn't even bring new light bulbs. Notified them IMMEDIATELY upon getting to the property there was issues with the entry door and you had to FORCEFULLY throw your body into it to get it to open, they didn't care and finally came the last night we were there after we were bruised. Kitchen doesn't have baking sheet, pot holders, adequate non-broken knives, etc. No pool or beach towels, no start up of dish soap or anything. Holes in walls along with other damage, broken furniture, rusted and broken balcony chairs, broken exterior door locks so you can't lock the door to make sure your kids can't open it (super safe 7 floors up! NOT!) Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and they don't care.
Spacious and clean. Privacy was top-notch.
Trivial in comparison to everything we liked, but don’t care for carpet anywhere and the color on the walls could use an update. Kinda drab.
The location was great. The unit was overall okay. Staff was friendly. It is close to many attractions. The two pools was a hit. Loved the lazy River
The front entry was dirty. The door had food and stains all over. Many of lights needed new bulbs the back patio was filthy. Our feet would turn black and the patio furniture was rusted and needs attention. It did not feel super clean. The floors were gritty and had crumbs. The appliances were beaten up but worked For the amount we paid we expected more from the unit. The couch sunk in and was stained.
Everything...good location...good food and good people

The property was nice. And maintained very well.
The unit we stayed in 701. Has the potential to be really nice. The owner needs to go in and take care if some things asap. There's roaches,I killed 4 myself and seen many more. The shower liner was ripped and dirty. The master bedroom bathroom sinks won't drain water. We couldn't figure out how to work the living room tv until Saturday morning. No tv stations would play. So we had to use our Netflix account for tv. The patio furniture needs to be repainted. Because there's rust spots especially on the chairs. I spent close to $2000. And I feel that I got ripped off. I never had a trip and stayed at a place that had so many issues before.
The place was Awesome. The view was gorgeous
and the place was very nicely decorated!
I thought it was a great value.
The only drawback is the place has a significant roach problem.
This could be remedied with regular treatments
from an exterminator.
