Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit 😊
Pros:

Wir, 3 Erwachsene, 2 Chihuahuas waren zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester im Studio H2O im Torbole Aparthotel und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schon bei Ankunft wurden wir von allen sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir hatten Glück, unser Zimmer war schon fertig gereinigt und wir durften etwas früher hinein und später dann ganz gemütlich zum Check-In. On Top haben wir als „Willkommensgeschenk“ noch einen Getränke-Gutschein von der Bar erhalten.

Wir reisen nur mit unseren Hunden und wir haben endlich Mal ein Hotel gefunden das wirklich haustierfreundlich ist! Wir mussten sie nicht im Zimmer sitzen lassen, da sie mit in den Frühstücksraum durften. Im Zimmer liegen Türschilder bereit auf denen nicht nur steht, „bitte nicht stören“ sondern auch „ich bin im Zimmer“. Das hatten wir tatsächlich noch nie.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön renoviert und das Essen reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich auf Zack und füllen alles zeitnah auf.

Das Gebäude selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den Gängen sind noch, wie es früher typisch war, Teppichböden verlegt. Klar, dass man das etwas „riecht“. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Das Zimmer selbst war wiederum renoviert und zum Glück ohne Teppich. Den Empfangsbereich hatten sie zu Weihnachten liebevoll hergerichtet. Man spürt, dass sie das bestmögliche herausholen.

Es ist ein kleines, familiäres Hotel und jeden Tag beim
Verlassen wurde uns einen schönen Tag gewünscht. Das ist uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben.

Die Lage ist definitiv TOP. Zwischen Hotel und Gardasee liegt nur eine Straße. Die Aussicht bombastisch! Beim überqueren oder herausfahren muss man etwas acht geben, da die Autos sehr schnell um die Ecke kommen.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Short visit ruined by circumstances no one really had a solution for
Pros:

Breakfast is very nice with various options. Coffee is great, pastry is great.
Parking is available, but a bit crowded. Make sure to make a reservation when booking a room, I'm not sure that there's a spot for each room.
Rooms are soundproof for noise from the road, so getting a room with a lake view (which is also a road view) is not a problem. Check-in and check-out were fast with no problems.

Cons:

The only issue during our stay was the noise coming from the room above ours. It was not noise from talking or shouting, but from furniture being moved — a constant scraping of tables and chairs on ceramic tiles while the room was occupied.

I contacted the reception to report the issue. As it was New Year’s Eve and the reception had shorter working hours, I later also tried reaching them via Booking messages. Unfortunately, the situation did not change, and it turned out that there was no practical solution available at the time.

This is mentioned purely as a description of the noise issue we experienced.
I apologize if I came across as unpleasant toward the staff, on the day of our checkout.

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.
Der Parkplatz am Haus war sehr praktisch , aber teuer.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden.
Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen.
Der reservierte Parkplatz war mit 15 Euro pro Tag sehr teuer, es gibt aber kaum alternativen.

Pros:

Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Personal und das Frühstück, dass im Preis inbegriffen war, waren wirklich toll.
Die Nähe zum kleinen Steinstrand des Gardasees war prima um sich dort mit dem Sohn etwas zu beschäftigen. Zude hat das Hotel einen kleinen Spielplatz im Garten.
