Reservierung und Verlängerungen waren zuverlässig. Wenn man etwas reklamiert wird es erledigt, das ist gut so.

Cons:

Momentan wird die gesamte Fassade erneuert, aber die Beeinträchtigungen waren gering und Lärm wurde vermieden. Beim letzten Aufenthalt im März/April habe ich die Aircondition-Filter selbst gereinigt....war an der Zeit. Gegen die Ameisen im Badezimmer habe ich selbst ein Spray im Supermarkt gekauft....seitdem ist das Problem gelöst. Ich komme gerne in dieses Hotel 👍🏻

WLAN immer wieder unterbrochen, nervig wenn man Netflix Film ansieht und alle 10 Minuten neu anmelden muss. Neuer Smart TV, großer Kühlschrank

Best place but english translations on most of the stuff please!
Pros:

I like that its near my place of training and accesible to things I need to go in a flash. See you again in March!

Cons:

I hope you give the security guard a flash card or something like a word card with photos in thai and english when he gives instructions. I came late so its the hotel policy that no lobby staff will greet you, only the guard. So yes, make also a log in sheet with english translation. Other than that its perfect!
