Spacious duplex Apartment!
Pros:

Location, facilities and calmness

Cons:

Delayed response of house keeping staff and fungii and mildew in linen and towels. No attached toilet/bath.

Good but...
Pros:

There was 2 rooms, living area, 2 bathrooms(1 big bed, 2 one man small bed), 2 balcony (one empty and one with chars and table), kitchen has full equipment (plates, knifes, pans, middle size fridge). Quite if not this muslim chirch singing (a lot of space why need to build it in tourist area with a lot hotels around including movenpick). Parking have a space max for 1 guest car and i have luck that no guest on other hotel-house was in other case no space for parking car. I like a lot of space.

Cons:

First of all there is big problem - in Phuket town someone build mosque. This muslim church very noice in early morning around 5am or afternoon sometimes they singing songs very load so you can't sleep good. Window in bathroom on third floor can't be closed because it's broken - after lizard went on second floor to bathroom i prefer close this windows. Sometimes was problems with wifi on 3th floor - week, small speed, sometimes web-surfing was not possible even 2th floor (speed mostly 20mb-40mbs max), so i prefer use mobile data even for work but it was not very comfortable. Changing bedsheets was 1 time for 17 days (all other after 5 days just fixing bed), maybe 2-3 times clean floors (wish 2 times min change bedsheets). Ants in the kitchen even food we throw everyday they garbage. Stairs to apartment not simple but only if you carry heavy things
