Very warm welcome from Patsy. Comfortable bedding and very near the water. Had a great time.
Small detail, fridge in 102 needs to be propped up on one corner. I didn't find a thick piece of cardboard to do it. My limes kept rolling off, LOL.

Very clean, walking distance to the beach.
Easy check-in and quiet
A/C Unit was too loud to allow a good night’s sleep. Even my husband who I thought could sleep through anything and anywhere couldn’t sleep with the noisy unit.

We stayed in the detached cabin, where we have stayed before. We like its location and privacy and ground level with close parking. Dog friendly.
The rooms were not as well equipped as in the past, particularly in the kitchen. We were 5 people, so dishes were barely adequate. Fridge never got food really cold.
They charged me $30. I have no idea why.
