Clean and cozy accommodation
Pros:

The cleanliness was a major plus for me. The owners are brilliant and friendly, they offered cleaning on a daily basis if needed. The property is quiet and has is located where every thing is within walking distance.

Cons:

Wet showers could be slightly more spacious.

Отличное оформление комнаты с большим количеством маленьких удобств – мы попали на дождливый период в Тбилиси – в номере был зонт, который нам очень пригодился, также есть фен, в общем доступе утюг и прачечная. В номере много розеток и дополнительных источников света. Замечательный балкон с видом на город. Очень доброжелательный хозяин.

Комнаты чистые, владелец очень дружелюбный.
Местоположение классное, рядом станция метро и площадь Марджанишвили. Нам заранее отправили инструкцию по заселению, доступ был простым и удобным.
В апарт-отеле была полностью оборудованная кухня, вся нужная посуда для готовки. Мы жили в комнатах 1 и 3. В комнате 3 очень красивый, большой балкон.

Hem konum olarak hem temizlik olarak gayet memnun kaldık. Tiflis'e tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle burada kalmayı düşünüyoruz.

Bardzo przytulny (choć mały) pokoik z balkonem. Ładna, zadbana łazienka, całość czysta. Budynek nowy, z windą i dobrze działającą klimatyzacją. Dość niedaleko do centrum. Self check-in na plus, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Pros:

The rooms were great 👍, clean and modern. Everything works, a lot of groceries are available for free - tea, coffee, sugar, oil, oat, etc.
Towels and bedding are clean. There are a lot of dishes in the common kitchen.
There is a self check-in at any time and a super friendly host. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!!
