Все хорошо
Pros:

Удобное местоположение. Близко станции метро, проспект Руставелли( на нем от оперного театра отправляются многие экскурсии ). Рядом улицы с едой. Если кто будет на машине - с парковками беда. Мы в центр ходили пешком, минут 30.

Комната сама как на фото. Есть полотенца, средства помыться ( единственное , хотелось бы , чтобы их пополняли , потому что на 3 дня или больше 1 баночки не хватает, лучше просто общий дозатор большого объема для всех).
Плюсом могу выделить наличие тапочек, ложки для обуви и зонта на всякий случай. Есть тв, кондиционер. В доме лифт.
На 3 комнаты есть общая кухня с техникой и посудой. В номере чайника не было.
На балконе есть сушилка для одежды, очень пригодилась!
Внизу в доме круглосуточный магазин SPAR.

Cons:

Улица сама тихая, но дом стоит на берегу реки, я люблю спать с открытыми окнами, но тут не смогла , ОООчень шумно, даже с закрытыми окнами есть шум. Спала в бирушах.
Наша комната была на углу дома
, вид в дерево, а через пролет между нашим домом и соседним и доносился этот шум.

Ещё мне было недостаточно света в комнате .
В остальном все хорошо, доступ был бесконтактный в квартиру .

Pros:

Great location, central but quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, clean, good shower, very clean, toiletries provided, has a working table, wifi, good lighting, also seems like you can use the kitchen (I just made some tea), there's a fridge, too.

Cons:

Needs more power strips because there's no convenient power source next to the working table.

Pros:

Отличное место за свои деньги! Номер чистый и уютный, а так же продуман до мелочей: тапочки, чистые полотенца, 2 одеяла, гель для душа и шампунь, маленький холодильник в номере и даже зонтик на случай непогоды! Расположение супер, все в пешей доступности, идеально для туристов. Очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева, которые всегда на связи. Теперь всегда буду оставаться здесь, когда буду приезжать в Тбилиси. И всем советую!
