Pros:

Уютно, чисто и в центре города. Комната большая. Ставни внутри квартиры на окнах, прикольно. Говорят, что дом ещё при царях строился.

Cons:

Не хватает микроволновки. И ещё шумно для тех кто плохо засыпает и плохо спит. Музыка до ночи играет, потом с открытым верхом машины на всю громкость ездят. Алкаши приезжие или местные орут.Собаки гавкают всю ночь бегая стаей за машинами одиночными.

В целом впечатление хорошее
Pros:

Локация отличная в старом городе, вышел из дома и сразу в атмосфере старого Тбилиси, очень красивый подъезд, хозяин быстро реагирует на все просьбы

Cons:

Очень шумно, жила раньше на этой улице, но видимо в отеле здание новой постройки и стеклопакеты более герметичны, было терпимо, здесь же конечно здание старый фонд и такой шумоизоляции нет, ощущение что лежишь на проезжей части, всю ночь непрерывно ездят машины с открытыми окнами и музыкой на всю громкость, так что если соберетесь жить здесь приготовьтесь морально😀

Geçmiş kokan ferah temiz ve şehrin kalbi..
Pros:

Evsahibi çok ilgiliydi ve mükemmel. Evin konumu şehrin tam göbeği muhteşem , epey canlı bir sokak. Evin tavanı yüksek gayet ferah, balkon akşamlarıda canlı olan sokağa bakıyor ve güzel bir ağaçta var.. Oda ve yatak gayet temiz düzenli, rahat. Evin ayrıca tarihi bir havası var .

Это потрясающее место для отдыха! Находится в самом центре, где есть все что нужно поблизости: достопримечательности, сувенирные магазины, церкви, площадь свободы и метро.
Хозяева очень гостеприимные и доброжелательные! С радостью помогли мне найти книгу, которую я долго искала по городу.
Сам номер очень чистый и комфортный. Есть все что нужно: телевизор, кондиционер, чайник. И балкон!! Это отдельная любовь

Безумно шумно, окна не обеспечивают шумоизоляцию, спишь как на улице, где постоянно кто то орёт и играет музыка из авто

В целом номер комфортный для проживания, но не на длительный срок так как много шума с улицы.
Pros:

Просторный номер, в центре города, комфортное заселение, есть парковочное место, чудесный балкон, большая удобная кровать, в номере было чисто и при заселении заранее работал кондиционер, что оказалось очень приятным при заселении в дикую жару.

Cons:

В номере очень сложно уснуть, так как он находится на оживленной улице. В номере указано наличие телевизора-его не было, хоть он и не нужен был).

I was an amazing hospitality and great location!

It was easy to walk all around the Old Town and that was easy to find a taxi for new parts of the city!

Pros:

It is located almost in the heart of the city center. It is a small boutique hotel. Price performance is good. The only negative thing is that it can get a bit stuffy in the summer because of the surrounding areas, and the bed was not comfortable.
