Linda y antigua residencia de playa, bastante mantenida y mejorable con algo más de esfuerzo.
Pros:

Buena locación, equipada con lo indispensable para adultos mayores como nosotros, salvo la cabina de baño muy chica para nuestras costumbres y movilidad. Solo contaba con una ollita para calentar agua y utilizar en infusiones. Él único SmartTV en el living nos resultó suficiente y se encuentra actualizado. Todo el tiempo estuve en contacto con el dueño y titular del inmueble, quien resultó diligente y resolvió algunos inconvenientes puntuales e imprevistos, reconociendo una devolución parcial de pago.

Cons:

El anfitrión al check in NO manejaba el idioma español y lo hizo con un inglés muy acelerado, al explicar el funcionamiento del edificio lo que no resulta adecuado.
Luego por WApp y traducciones en línea, mejoró la comunicación y su asistencia.
No obstante ser un lugar tranquilo, los excesos en piso superior y lateral, resultan disruptivos.
Algo inconveniente me resultó la presencia de gatos en la puerta de acceso, todo el tiempo e ingresando al departamento por estar la puerta abierta.
Un animal en particular, se veía viejo y enfermo, cuyas deposiciones se solían ver en los lugares de tránsito permanente. 
El parque del complejo cuenta con frondosa y muy linda vegetación, pero relativo mantenimiento para nuestro gusto. La ubicación es muy tranquila, no tiene tránsito permanente y ello en Italia, es un valor. Tiene un polo gastronómico y un supermercado de barrio, cercano.
Asimismo, rápidamente se puede acceder a la autopista para conexiones a Norte y Sur pero en lamentable estado de conservación, al igual de sus calles mal emparchadas sin REpavimentación seria. Es de cuidado al transitar en vehículo, que el 90% de los conductores NO respetan velocidades máximas y el que lo hace, se expone a un accidente.
Si bien el alojamiento está pegado al mar, las vistas laterales son muy apreciadas. NO existen bajadas o playa para poder disfrutar en proximidad.
La pileta ofrecida en la publicación NO estuvo disponible por fuera de temporada, lo que me explicaron posteriormente y en forma adecuada.

Excelente ubicación, tranquilo y seguro.

Pros:

Lokacija je savršena kako početna točka za obilazak Apulije - 15 minuta do centra Barija, 15 min do Polignano a Mare! Osiguran privatni parking u dvorištu. Ljubazni domaćin. Veliki, dobro opremljeni apartman s velikim balkonom.

Cons:

Nismo imali prigovora.

Muy recomendable para los que se mueven en auto
Pros:

El alojamiento es hermoso, está en un predio cerrado donde se puede estacionar gratis, tiene todas las comodidades que uno necesita, la cocina está súper equipada.. si vas en auto es el lugar ideal, si no andas en auto no lo recomiendo.. hay unos restaurante en la zona para cenar y una heladería.. el centro está un poco retirado.. tiene unas vistas hermosas, podes desayunar en el balconcito mirando el mar .. y el anfitrión resultó de lo más agradable..

Pros:

Nous avons passez un bon séjour, très bon l'accueil , le jeune homme nous a tout expliquer, le logement est spacieux ,et extrêmement propre c'est agréable, et la literie de très bonne qualité ! Nous avons très bien dormi. La résidence est très calme je recommande cette location .

Agréable séjour dans un joli cadre
Pros:

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, calme. Belle vue sur la mer. Stationnement facile. Accueil pratique et agréable. Bon emplacement pour visiter Bari et les environs.

Cons:

Forte odeur de poisson frit à l’entrée dans l'appartement qui a eu du mal à partir durant les 2 jours de séjour... équipements vieillots mais fonctionnels.

Ruhige Lage, komfortable Wohnung, freundliche Unterstützung vor Ort
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, ruhige Gegend, schnell über 2-3 Km zur Autobahn. 100 M zum Meer durch den Hintergarten. Zum Schwimmen eher wenig passend (nicht probiert im März). 50 Meter zu 2 kleinen Fisch- und Gemüseläden, auch eine kleine Pizzeria, die stets voll war. Auch weitere Restaurants in der Nähe. Ohne Auto wird es schwer. Eine große und helle Wohnung, das gute Doppelbett. Für 2 Personen ist einfach toll, Couch im Wohnzimmer eignet wenig zum Schlafen. Großes Badzimmer mit Fenster. Kücheausstattung ist ausrechend für kleine Mahlzeiten. Nette Kleinigkeiten wie etwas Olivenöl, Salz, Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee, Spülmittel und Seife vorhanden. Freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter Angestellte wohnt im Gebäude und immer schnell erreichbar. Parken an der Strasse oder im Hof, wo es Platz allerdings nur für 4- 5 Autos gibt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Der Meeresblick vom Balkon ist seitig, nur die Familienzimmer haben den tollsten Blick.

Всё было отлично. Мы позвонили по телефону и нас встретили как только мы приехали. Очень много мест для парковки на улице и можно было парковать автомобиль внутри территории жилого дома. В квартире было всё что нужно, очень чисто, на кухне всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Даже было оливковое масло, соль, чай. Огромный балкон с видом на море.

Cons:

Хотелось бы полочку в душевой кабине для мыльных принадлежностей, какую то вешалку для верхней одежды при входе и ложечку для обуви.
