The view from our room was fabulous and the size of the room was wonderful. We had a massive double bed, plus another bed in a separate room. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of options.
It was surprising, given the luxury of the surrounds and the size of the room, that we were given only one pillow each and no blankets were provided. Luckily none was needed because the room did keep nice and warm.

AMAZING view across Rome as the Villa sits high up on one of Rome’s surrounding hills. Quiet suburban area with plenty of nature to loose yourself in. Head to the benches placed behind the old Villa for the best view.
Fantastic roof top terrace with lovely breakfast provided. They even use the outside terrace area for Aerial Yoga retreats. Unfortunately there wasn’t one on when we stayed.
Plenty of parking.
Not easy to find reception as the site is large and used for many other businesses. There’s a hospitality training college there, children’s Day nursery, banking offices, so it took a while for us to find the accommodation reception area. It is actually right in front of the car parking area through some glass doors, so how we missed it, I don’t know 🙄🫢
The breakfast was very good and the restaurant on the top of the villa had an excellent view, it was clean and the staff polite and helpful.
There has been a little misunderstanding while we changed our initial booking from a 3-bed apartment to a 4-bed one. The desk maybe didn't make it clear to the staff who succeeded them so they called us to ask which was our apartment. But apart from this minute problem our entire experience was excellent.

La colazione a buffet è stata una vera sorpresa, dai dolci al salato...fatta sulla terrazza panoramica della struttura, con un panorama meraviglioso.

La condizione del terreno del parcheggio è tale che le auto si riducono in condizioni terribili ( sporche oltre ogni limite)
La storicità del luogo si respira in ogni angolo della struttura, l'ambiente più bello della Villa è sicuramente la terrazza e la sala colazioni. Colazione molto abbondante e variegata, è il vero plus di questa villa. Ottimi i vini che producono, in particolare lo spumante brut.
Dall'ingresso si nota subito un po' di trascuratezza generale degli ambienti, la moquette davanti alla hall macchiata vistosamente. L'appartamento non aveva bicchieri e posare. Non abbiamo trovato acqua o altre bevande nel frigo. La villa è tempestata da nidi di vespe. Una notte ci siamo ritrovati in bagno 6/7 vespe che erano entrate dalla finestra lasciata a ribalta per far passare un po' d'aria. Non ci sono zanzariere. C'è poca insonorizzazione. Hanno il vizio di assegnare appartamenti diversi rispetto a quelli scelti durante la prenotazione di booking.
Hele mooie locatie. Zacht bed. Schoon. Aardig personeel. Parkeren voor de deur, veel restaurants etc in de buurt. Prachtige omgeving vlak bij Rome.
De airco deed het niet: de meneer bij de receptie heeft zijn best gedaan om het op te lossen maar dit is helaas niet gelukt. 26,5 •C was voor ons echt te warm om in te kunnen slapen. Het raam openen was een oplossing maar wel spannend omdat er een wespennest naast het raam zat. Gelukkig sliepen de wespen ‘s nachts ook.
