It was great building and facilities.
Checking in was a nightmare, there was no keys in the box , I waited 5hrs to get in to the room they changed the rooms no English be careful private owners can be complicated . Bird shit covered the balcony 😅but they made up for it in the end so I stayed and will go back because they said to forgive their shortcomings so it’s forgiven as we can all always improve !

C'est une autre façon de passer ses vacances ,pour ma part l'absence d'une réception m'a beaucoup gêné . En second lieu les toilettes de l'appartement étaient bouchées , j'ai tenté de voir quelqu'un dans cet hôtel, dès le lendemain matin, ça n'a pas été une chose facile . Bref l'intervention a eu lieu rapidement,je ne sais pas qu'elle en était l'origine mais j'ai eu droit à une leçon de morale comme quoi il ne faut pas jeter le papier dans les toilettes. Je suis un habitué de l'Asie et je connais la chose . J'aurais plutôt aimé que le contrôle soit fait en aval ce que je doute vu l'état de la chaise mise à disposition ,une porte d'entrée qui ne ferme pas bien et un placard de cuisine défoncé. Bref a soixante quatre ans c'est la première fois que j'ai ce type de problème et surtout la leçon de morale elle n'était pas utile .

Dirty bed , pillows are dirty stained,headboard is filthy cracked splash back with broken glass over cooker carpark outside cars coming and going all night , swimming pool needs a deep clean and dogs barking in field outside lastly it is in the middle of nowhere at the very end of jontiem beach and hard to get back at night
Don't listen to the owner answer about the mold on the dirty headboard dirty cutlery dirty mirror in bathroom and used soaps
Everything , after you book they try to charge for WiFi which is free it's a hit hole booking .com should vet the places they rent out

It just was discussing dirty moldy unclean very unhelpful i try to complain 7 times but they didn't care i leave the property and stayed other places when I could nothing to cook with it was just horrible room she offered me 2 other rooms that were just as bad im going to get a refund as it was just a discussing rooms
Doch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage.
East facing 7th floor (of 8) tiny studio with even smaller balcony.
Flooring was nice and warm! Sun on balcony until noon.
View from room, over the trees and on to the hills & mountains is nice, as is hearing the birds,,over the traffic.
Owner very responsive (replaces kettle) yet no toiletries, except very cheap loo roll, provided.
Gym and sauna were nice.
No blackout curtains so woken by sunrise.
Also woken each night around 3 and 4am by noisy motorbikes on road 400m away! You can see you room mate/partner/ child on the loo as the glass to the bathroom is not obscured. Hot water goes cold and pulsating. AC seems to cut-out after a few hours overnight. Barely any items to cook with (greased up frying pan and a fish knife) Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi was zero to 30mbps, fluctuates so drops out often. AIS (sim card) wasn't strong in this area either given you can see 5 masts from the balcony, from the stool and cushion!
Hotel grounds were clearly nice at one point yet now dilapidated with no sun loungers.
Looks like it could be a really nice holiday resort, but it isn't.
Everything hosts were very attentive and even let me extend my booking a further week.
I liked the quiet location. Beautiful no noise at night time no banging doors i was able to sleep peacefully. It was only 5 minutes from the local supermarket shops and the 7/11 and even good chicken local food stand. There was also a rental bike location there so I was able to rent a motorbike excellent; very good and a wonderful company very polite. Thank you for the option of giving me own personal internet in my room which was good; and i was able to watch my own country television.
