Rewelacyjne miejsce na wypoczynek.
Pros:

Przesympatyczny, pomocny personel. Pyszne śniadania. Apartament wraz z aneksem kuchennym wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Przestronne pokoje, klimatyzacja, duży balkon. Świetna lokalizacja blisko plaży, leżaki i parasole w cenie rezerwacji.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub mit Herz und Genuss
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Studio Apartment der Milan Residence! Alles war neu, sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt – ganz nah am Strand, ideal für unsere 2-jährige Tochter. Besonders praktisch: Sonnenschirm und Liegen waren bereits inklusive.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe hausgemacht – einfach köstlich! Omar hat uns jeden Morgen mit einem fantastischen Cappuccino verwöhnt und war unglaublich herzlich, vor allem zu unserer kleinen Tochter. Auch das übrige Essen war regional, frisch und superlecker.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Pobyt ciekawy, niewielkie niedogodności rekompensował przesympatyczny i pomocny personel.

Cons:

W trakcie tygodniowego pobytu nie było wymiany ręczników. Brakowało tego, bo nie wysychały przy znacznej wilgotności powietrza. Wyposażenie kuchni mogłoby być uzupełnione o czajnik elektryczny.

Die Ferienwohnung war zwar modern und sauber, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, elektrischen Rollläden und vorhandenen Handtüchern – doch leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich.

Was uns besonders gestört hat:

Betten viel zu kurz: Sowohl das Doppelbett als auch das Schlafsofa waren viel zu kurz – selbst mit einer Körpergröße von 160 cm ragten die Füße über das Bett hinaus.
Klimaanlage laut und störend: Auch im „Quiet“-Modus klackerte sie permanent. Ausschalten war die einzige Lösung, was das Zimmer jedoch unerträglich heiß machte.
Lärmbelästigung durch Live-Musik: Direkt am Ortszentrum gelegen, wurde zweimal pro Woche bis Mitternacht lautstark Live-Musik gespielt – an Schlaf war nicht zu denken, besonders für Kinder eine Zumutung.
Defekter Aufzug: Bereits bei der Anreise außer Betrieb, sodass wir unser Gepäck in den 3. Stock tragen mussten. Auch während der Woche war er ständig kaputt und hat sogar Gäste eingeschlossen.
Wetterbedingte Probleme: Bei Gewitter kam es zu Stromausfällen, und bei starkem Regen wurde die Straße vor dem Haus überflutet.
Parkplatzsituation: Sehr eng und für längere Fahrzeuge schwer nutzbar – das Ein- und Ausfahren war eine Herausforderung.
Weitere Zimmer: Im ersten Stock liegen die Zimmer direkt am Parkplatz, ohne Balkon – Wäsche trocknen ist nur auf dem Parkplatz möglich.

Besonders ärgerlich und absolut inakzeptabel war jedoch der Umgang mit dem Schlüsselproblem:

Beim Check-In wurde uns freundlich ein zweiter Schlüssel angeboten – ein praktisches Angebot, gerade mit Kindern. Was uns jedoch nicht gesagt wurde: Das Hotel besitzt keinen Generalschlüssel für die Zimmer. Als wir uns versehentlich aussperrten, standen wir buchstäblich vor verschlossener Tür – und das Hotel konnte uns nicht helfen. Erst in diesem Moment wurde uns erklärt, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, das Zimmer ohne Schlüssel zu öffnen. Die Besitzer mussten einen Schlüsseldienst rufen, dessen Kosten (80 €) uns von der Kaution abgezogen wurden.
Die Hotelbesitzerin zeigte sich dabei komplett uneinsichtig, arrogant und aggressiv.

We had a good time, we might go back again
Pros:

The apartment is comfortable. The beach is close, pleasant. Restaurants, pizzeria, shop nearby. Quiet, familiar location

Cons:

In high season, you can only book from Saturday to Saturday, so the traffic jam was horrible on the way home.

Great location (close to the beach) and very friendly staff!
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the sea and very friendly staff! It should be also mentioned that the sun umbrella, breakfast and air conditioning is included in the price!! Also parking is around. I can definitely recommend it to stay here for a family vacation.

Cons:

The apartment was poorly cleaned, the floors were dirty. My toddler wanted to crawl around, after 1 minute the socks were black! It would be great if someone would also wash the floors.
