Muy buena estadía! El servicio fue excelente y el recibimiento por igual. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Lo recomendaría 10

Es muy céntrico. Si buscas conocer y explorar la
Zona Colonial es excelente. Hay farmacia bastante cerca y colmados que son muy prácticos también.

Es más una sugerencia que una queja. Sería bueno que como método de pago puedan poner un veriphone por si el cliente desea pagar con tarjeta de crédito o débito.

Que en la habitación nos tenían todo el kit para hacer café

Cons:

El aseo del baño y del lugar, el aire no funcionaba y nos ubicaron seguido al patio de la lavandería y la secadora y el extractor calentaba mas la habitación, el sr nos ubicó y se fue, jamás pudimos reclamar o solicitar algo, dejan los huéspedes solos, le tuvimos que entregar a la sra que fue a hacer aseo porque no volvimos a ver a nadie mas del hote.

Pros:

Para empezar la atención del personal es espectacular, Rossi y Gabriel son muy serviciales y atentos en todos los sentidos, tanto ubicación, planes a realizar si quieres algo del hotel con el mayor de los gustos te colaboran... El lugar está bien ubicado en la zona colonial a pocas cuadras de todos los sitios turísticos. Súper Recomendable..

There is no lobby, and no signage. You have to message the host to have them meet you. was not communicated clearly, and additionally the host was not super responsive at checkin.

Excelente ubicación , la atención de la señora , te brinda orientación sobre sitios a conocer cerca , casas de cambio de dinero , La habitación es grande y muy agradable

Calidad precio muy bien
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de plaza españa. Se puede aparcar en la calle. Son habitación muy grandes.

Cons:

Había poca luz natural y el aire no enfriaba mucho. La cama para mi gusto muy blanda.
