Pros:

Staff fantastico. Molto gentili e simpatici. Cena ottima. Posizione comoda sulle piste. Qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Siamo stati davvero bene e lo consiglio.

Cons:

Letti non comodissimi. Potrebbe essere molto più curata la camera. Ovviamente bisogna contestualizzare anche il luogo in cui ci si trova ma con poco in più potrebbe diventare il soggiorno perfetto.

Amazing staff and great food. Cleanliness is an issue.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was also lovely.
Perfect location, especially for beginners.

Cons:

On booking.com, it states that there is free transportation back and forth to the town; this wasn’t the case and was chargeable at €25 per person return.

The accommodation is great, but simply wasn’t clean. The shower was filthy with mould in the corners.
The rug in the room just hadn’t been hoovered/cleaned.
This could be an incredible place, but is lacking some love and attention.

Would come back for the staff and the location and the dinners!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but limited - but its a small set up, so understandable that you cant have a huge choice. Dinner by contrast was pretty epic, such a huge volume of very tasty food with good choices most nights, you would never go hungry! We travelled with a dairy free child, and on a couple of nights they knocked up something for her that hit the spot! Wine was good and the service here is incredibly warm. The staff are really lovely.

Cons:

For the first five days, we couldn't seem to warm the room, im sure this could have been fixed had we talked to someone, but we didn't mind wrapping up a bit more, so it wasn't really a bother, and then the last 2 days, it was roasting, not sure why. My only real complaint, was the double bed was particularly uncomfortable, mattresses on the bunk bed seemed a lot nicer.
