Pros:

The organisation of the premises, communication and the facilities were excellent

Particular liked the tower fan in the exceptional heat

A very pleasant surprise to have such a nice and comfortable room.
Pros:

Everything was thought out fir one’s convenience

Cons:

1 spatula in the kitchenette wasn’t completely clean but that was the ONLY thing.

Pros:

Safety features of secure front door and room door were reassuring.
Room was fully stocked with everything you could need.
Communication from host was very good.
Comfy room - really nicely decorated
Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Small touches like toilet paper being folded.

Cons:

Room had food/cooking odour upon arrival which lingered during stay.
Found shard of glass on sofa - having sat on it.
Sound levels from nearby road / traffic noise were quite loud.
Shower head kept moving during use
Bed a little too firm.

It was as described, clean, tidy and a very comfy bed, great nights kip. Ideal for a short stay. Staff responded quickly to a telephone call, most helpful indeed.

Cons:

I did manage Park at the property, parking access is constrained somewhat, on street parking was available however.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The garden was a real highlight for us, it was large, private, and perfect for spending time outdoors.
Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for a group or family, and we would happily return again in the future.
