Penso que, nada obstante ter portaria 24h, em caso de apartamentos com mais de 1 hóspede, cada um deveria receber sua chave individualmente.

Lugar limpo, fica perto de tudo, lugar tranquilo. Tinha toalhas e sabonete. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Fiquei mais de um dia e então ficou um pouco mais caro e não teve como dividir no cartão, só aceitava pagamento a vista.

Custo benefício bom.
Pros:

Na minha data de hospedagem, não havia café da manhã. É um pouco distante do centro, mas para minhas atividades, foi satisfatório.

Cons:

Havia pequeno vazamento de água do banheiro/chuveiro, para o quarto. O ar condicionado é antigo e não estava funcionando na primeira pernoite. Apenas ventilava, não refrigerava. Após reclamação, no dia seguinte foi trocado por outro semelhante, mas ao menos deixou o ambiente melhor.
Uma vantagem, é que existe uma padaria que serve lanches, pizzas, etc, bem em frente ao hotel.
