Agréable
Pros:

Apparemment agréable, piscine en bas de l’immeuble, plage à proximité avec petit restaurants.

Cons:

Minimum de vaisselle pour 4 personnes.

Schöne Anlage
Pros:

Schöne Appartment Anlage, viele Pools, nicht weit zum Strand

Cons:

Kommunikation war mit Englisch teilweise schwierig und bei den Pools hat es leider manchmal nach Kanal gestunken

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la zona anche se il mare e a circa 5-7 minuti ma le piscine sono belle la zona dove si trova l’albergo è bella e molto fornita , poi vicino c’ un ristorante corner bar che lo consiglio a tutti ( noi abbiamo mangiato solo lì) quindi ottima qualità prezzo

Комфортные апартаменты со всем необходимым
Pros:

Хорошие комфортные апартаменты. Чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое.
Отдыхали 14 дней семьей с 2 детьми.
Комплекс под охраной, на территории очень чисто и ухоженно, несколько бассейнов, красивая территория. На выходе магазины, кафе, массажные, аптека, в мин 5-7 рынок, пляж.
Удобное расположение, отличное соотношение цена/качество.
Хозяйка Юлия приветлива, разрешила по просьбе до вселения оставить чемоданы и переодеться, пока номер готовили после предыдущих гостей. При въезде обнаружили, что не работает микроволновка, сообщили и нам оперативно привезли новую.
Хороший интернет в номере.

Cons:

Под окнами стройка, но в целом привыкли, они соблюдали режим

Отвратительный сервис ! Первоначальный обман сотрудниками этой организации про Первую линию отеля !

Мне понравилась сама концепция этого комплекса, больше совсем ничего к сожалению!

Cons:

Мною было совершено раннее бронирование этих аппартов, на описании комнаты было заявлено что местоположение Первая линия , что и послужило для принятия решения мной о бронировании . В самом деле отель находится в 1.5 км от пляжа и дорога к нему идет по узкой тропинке по которой то и дело шныряют мопеды, с детьми самое то ходить ! Первоначальная сдача комнаты неуд ! В комнате уборки не было, полотенцев на 4х человек тоже. Белье на постелях было не такое как в фото на сайте Букинг , а именно темного цвета и непонятной свежести!. 1 бутылка воды на 4х человек которую нам поставили или кто то случайно забыл, выглядело как оскорбление! Запах сероводорода каждый вечер было просто ощущение что мы живем в канализации !
Самое главное что обещанная Первая линия , заявленная при раннем бронировании не соответствовала этому ! После заявления мною об этом наглом обмане, сотрудники быстренько эту информацию удалили с Букинга , такого обманаи наглого поведения я в жизни не видел реально ! Извиниться за это и решить вопрос о корректировке цены даже с помощью Букинга не смог !
Менеджер Юля просто отвечала на возникшие проблемы при проживании через раз по настроению. переадресация по решению вопроса о Первой линии владельцы отправляли в Букинг, Букинг к владельцам !
В итоге испорченное настроение , испорченное мнение о Букинге ( Я всегда думал что он более серьезно относиться к таким проблемам).
Резюме ! Это этих денег не стоит , тем более с таким отношением !
Желаю владельцам этого апартамента заработать тех денег что они хотят, только без такого обмана как со мной !
Написал реально всю правду что было, т.к. сам являюсь владельцем отеля в России, и знаю что за такую ситуацию точно бы наказал вплоть до увольнения свой персонал !

really good location, very clean but the bed and amenities has been reflected in the rating.
Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, making it extremely difficult to get a good sleep. Waking up feeling fatigued and very sore and spending a lot of our time trying to make up for our lost sleep, there for wasting a lot of our holiday time. There was also no extra toilet paper we had to go buy our own, and other basic things that we would have liked in the room.. e.g, coffee, sugar, tea.

Pros:

Nice pools and greenery. Good place for kids and if you don't want to explore anywhere.

Cons:

Over priced, no cleaners, even though we were charged for them, and alot of other extra charges on top, quite far from everything so you will have to pay a fair bit to get anywhere, only had 2 bins outside to put rubbish into for 3 or 4 apartment blocks, noise of building work, staff hidden in bushes smoking, security were not helpful. Shame the most expensive place we stayed at the whole time we travelled, did not meet my expectations at all.

Cons:

I have stayed at the Title many times, but this apartment was my least favorite. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was not one comfortable chair to sit on in the apartment. The couch was tiny and supposedly pulled out to a bed, but I can't imagine what it would be like to sleep on it. While someone with children might enjoy all the stuff , ie small chairs, stools for kids to reach the sink, I found an already small apartment cluttered. Every other place I have rented at the Title has supplied start up amenities like a few bottles of water. Garbage bags, laundry detergent, but this one had nothing. Also, beware that during this time of year( January/February) the complex is extremely crowded and there are hordes of children. The pools were almost unusable.

Pros:

A comfortable apartment. A pool and a gym. Good location. Proximity to the airport. Two conditioners for a small apartment, which is super.

Cons:

The kitchen in the apartment could really be better. No hot water in the kitchen, both tap inlets are connected to the same cold outlet. No dish dryer. The electric hob is terrible. Few deck chairs at the pool, sometimes there's no any free left. The gym is tiny.
