Pros:

Excellent staff. Attentive, friendly, hard-working. Really pretty grounds. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere at a decent price in a pretty part of Costa Rica. Handicapped access inside the room was adequate. The two meals we had at the property were quite good, and fairly priced.

Cons:

Nothing was really walkable outside the place itself. Most things to do were a couple of miles away, without sidewalks. The air conditioning died for three of our 6 days there. Should have a higher toilet, a sturdy grab bar, and a parking spot with no curb only a few meters from the door for accessible rooms .

Trafiłem do pokoju, w ktorym bylo jedno wąskie ok o w kącie, wiec mozna powiedziec ze ten pokoj wygladal jak pokoj bez okien. Dodatkowo lokalizacja jest bardzo slaba, posrodku niczego. Co prawda mozna dojsc do plazy na pieszo ale to jakies 20 min trasy, ktora nie jest przyjemna

Pros:

Struttura situata in una buona posizione: sebbene sia necessario l'uso dell'auto per gli spostamenti, si trova comodamente tra Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal (Brasilito) e tutte le altre splendide spiagge della zona. Molto bello il giardino che circonda la struttura, così come le due comode piscine dotate di uno spazio attrezzato perfetto per rilassarsi. Lo staff è molto gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. La stanza è davvero spaziosa, dotata sia di aria condizionata che di ventole a soffitto. Inoltre, era presente un comodo frigorifero e i letti erano molto confortevoli.Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno.

Cons:

Da segnalare che nel nostro caso la colazione non era compresa e, considerando il prezzo pagato, avrebbero potuto includerla. Infine, la pulizia giornaliera è sicuramente migliorabile e alcune zone andrebbero manutenute meglio

Hotel muy cómodo y bonito
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de playas muy lindas, el hotel cuenta con 2 piscinas muy bonitas y bien limpias en todo momento, constantemente les dan mantenimiento, el cuarto es espacioso y se descansa muy bien en él, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en él de nuevo en el futuro.

Que si se reserva x booking no incluye desayuno y en cambio si se hace directo en el hotel si lo incluye.

Buena opción para familias grandes

La atención al cliente fué excelente en todo momento. Siempre hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos.

Cons:

La casa que nos tocó necesita mantenimiento para ayer. Hay muchas cosas dañadas y viejas. No sé si ese sea el caso con las otras casa.
