WORST EXPERIENCE.
Pros:

The area.

Cons:

The staff made so much noise in the morning in the house, while we were sleeping.

No one to check us in upon arrival.
Leaking water fridge in the bedroom.
It was the worst experience, no parking.
It was a mess. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT GUESTS AND SERVICE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

Cons:

The linen did not smell clean and after the first night we never got our towels back. The shower door in one of the rooms was put on the wrong way making getting in and out of the shower or just turning on the water difficult. Also leaving water all over the floor. Cleaners just entered without knocking while people were showering or getting ready. Cleaners were not kind. We booked 5 rooms and one random person was staying in another room which was not communicated. I tried to arrange a viewing of the place but was completely ignored.

I liked the staff they were so welcoming, and the bathroom and kitchen was so clean

Pros:

The location is good, not too far from Summerstrand and Dolphin leap.
Yolanda was helpful, though she was very late for my check out.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. The linen and towels were old too. Please change your mattresses and linen and towels.
The shower drain was clogged
They use cheap toilet paper that can cause infections or itchiness in ladies.
They didn't have any bar soaps.
They have snacks you can purchase, that can be deducted from the deposit you paid. All those snacks had expired.
The bar fridge in the room has a light that you cannot switch off. So it disturbed when we slept.

Pros:

Vanue was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Despite calling ahead about my arrival. Up on arrival couldn’t reach anyone for 20 minutes, once I reached them had to wait outside for further 20minutes to be checked in. Check in experience not good. Cleaning lady who was on the property ignored us.
