We only realised after payment that it was a shared apartment. That there's no tv, the bed was not comfortable. Lastly the snacks and refreshments needs to be thrown away they have expired.

Very bad.
Pros:

The bathroom and the kitchen were clean.

Cons:

The service was very poor.The manager who goes by the name of Amanda was very rude and obnoxious with zero customer care.She made us wait for her out in the cold when we arrived,made sleep on a bed with dirty linen.She did not apologize for this and didn't even acknowledge receipt of communication whenever we tried communicating with her.I would never recommend that place to anyone mainly because of her stinking attitude.The bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

I felt very anxious in room as its very small, felt i was locked away in a room, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
Pros:

1. Agent assisting was friendly and kind

Cons:

1.They advertise Wi Fi, didn't have Wi Fi, apparently connection off with their Wi Fi company
2.Parking area crumbed and very small and uncomfortable
3. Fridges in Room was leaking water, had to put towels down so i didnt slip
4.Plug in room was faulty, couldnt charge phone
5. Shared bathroom was leaking water from bathroom doorway
6.No aircon in rooms
7. Rooms are extremely small
8. Battled with front door key opening and closing.
