New constructions next building very nosy
Velos Condos was the best! 2nd time we've stayed there and we LOVED IT!!! Highly recommend.
There is a lot of new construction nearby.
This is a very convenience place to stay in Puerto Morelos. Close to the beach and close to the restaurants in Puerto Morelos.. We have stayed there three times. Excellent service and quality. Very clean and comfortable beds. I recommend to anybody.
Very nice modern condo, wonderful view of the beach, nice balcony, good AC in bedroom, screens on sliding door and windows, and close to lots of restaurants. Great cross breeze kept the unit very comfortable even on hot days. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which were great to have.
A new hotel is being built next door, and the construction noise was sometimes very loud. The direct path they used to have to the beach has been blocked off, and now you have to go a little further n or s to access the beach. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

Great location and great staff. Alba helped us check in early and check out late. This condo had everything my wife and I needed. They provided nice beach chairs and an umbrella. Though we didn’t use the bicycles they looked very comfortable to ride.
The staff (especially Alba on the front desk) is excellent. The condo was as shown in the picture
The pool is in an interior courtyard. Is fine for kids to play, but not suitable for lounging. Construction next door had some noise impact.
Proximity to beach and restaurants. Great AC.
Constant very intrusive construction noise 8-6. Views and beach access not as expected.
