Pros:

Apartamento em excelente localização.
Todas as facilidades do bairro podem ser feitas a pé.
Supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes, cafeterias, lojas, etc.
Próximo dos melhores pontos.
Apartamento muito confortável.

Podía estar mejor preparado
Al llegar una cama no estaba echa
Faltaban sábanas
Solo estaba la matrimonial y una de las camas echas del cuarto chico
No había papel higiénico, al apto le falta un poco de cariño

La ubicación. La comodidad y todo a mano

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es el tiempo que nos toco pero igual disfrutamos. Para ser invierno esta caro deberían cuidar más al turismo.

BROKEN ITEMS (BEDROOM LAMP FALLING OFF THE WALL, A CABINET DOOR IN THE BATHROOM BROKEN) IN THE UNIT ON ARRIVAL AS WELL VERY DIRTY, MADE A COMPLAINT AND A MAINTENANCE PERSON PARTLY REPAIRED THE LAMP BUT IT WAS LOOSE AND FELL AGAIN AS WELL AS THE BALCONY DOOR DIDN'T CLOSE PROPERLY

Pros:

Location was good for us and the apartment was very comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen and utensils weren't clean when we arrived. We had to wash plates, cutlery etc before using them.

There is no washing machine in the apartment despite the listing. You need to use the laundrette downstairs.

Untruthful owner who should know better and not be deceitful.

Location and view.

Cons:

Started off negative with owner being untruthful about payment. We were told by Booking.com that payment could be made by credit card or cash at the property. Not true. She demanded cash and greatly inconvenienced the staff at Lux Tower and us. The apartment was not clean, the twin beds were extremely uncomfortable with threadbare sheets, furniture was broken, door to the balcony was broken, front door was very loose, lightbulbs hang from the ceiling, coffee pot leaks, the list goes on and on. We very much regretted booking this apartment. The positive is that the staff of Lux Tower is outstanding.
