El edificio es muy lindo, su ubicación es excelente , el gimnasio es de lo mejor, el personal muy amable. El departamento asignado no es recomendable (704) antiguo, poco cuidado, ineditamente los baños NO cuentan con PUERTAS sino con cortinas roller. La cocina es TEMIBLE Lo rescatable: buen aire acondicionado...una pena todo el resto
Los baños no son dignos de uso, ni siquiera parecieran estar "en refaccion" . SIN PUERTAS

Het was een bunker zonder uitzicht. Je kijkt tegen een blinde muur aan .Totaal vervallen, kastjes uit de sponning. Wasmachine verroest. Emmers midden in de kamer om lekkend water op te vangen .
Appartamento molto confortevole con terrazzo. Ultimo piano dove fare una splendida colazione
Anche al 13 piano si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalla strada, complice alcuni palazzi in costruzione
A vista da piscina é fantastica . Recomendo muito ! Otimo ponto no bairro de Ipanema .
Vista espetacular do quarto, ótima localização e funcionários muito gentis.
Quando cheguei na acomodação as torneiras não estavam colocadas de um dos banheiros e também em um dos chuveiros a água estava somente quente mas logo em seguida problema foi resolvido e a torneira instalada. Outro problema foi a persiana de um dos quartos que não dava para descer porque se enrolava toda e poderia quebrar, por fim foram as obras que havia em 2 apartamentos ao lado, o barulho era insuportável sem contar a poeira que entrava.

1) Cleanliness could have been better
2) Had an issue with a rude and condescending staff member at front desk regarding payment. I did not want to pay PIX for costs incurred and there was no sign saying it had to be that way. The entire four days I was there, apparently the credit card machine was out of order. If that's the case, I suggested they fix it and put up a sign. I waited an hour for someone to bring one down and they charged me an extra 5% on top of what I owed due to payment via credit card. Rude service, zero interest or empathy with their customers and just bad hospitality all around.
Convenient location, doorman and front desk 24 hours.
Two cockroaches in the apartment, not enough toilet paper (only 2 rolls for 4 people for 5 days), loud construction, safe deposit box did not function, front desk staff was kind but not informed about the apartment.
The location was great, the main door man was awesome; personable, friendly and kind. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help us with our ignorance of Portuguese answering questions, etc.
The flat we were in was a last minute change as the owner of our original booking asked us to change. Flat 905 was not terribly clean, the shower in the twin room was filthy and the tub itself was cracked with a plastic mat covering the flight. In the double room, the tub drain was so slow we were showering in two inches of dirty water. There were many non-functioning outlets, the freezer worked only intermittently, and gelato and ice cubes melted.
The basics…coffee filters, napkins, salt/pepper, etc. were not present and, when running out of toilet tissue, we were told we had to contact the owner for more….at 9 pm.
The Location, the people at the front desk
The rooftop pool and 360 view was wonderful. The room-apartment size was good and it technically had everything we needed for a short stay.
It had a washing machine that leaked water and the kitchen was only ok equipped. No electric kettle so I had to boil water for the baby bottle in a pot. The beds were only ok, the sheets a bit worn.
Great location, nice view from the rooftop pool as well as from the apartment balcony.
Poor value given the apartment is very old and lacks amenities that it advertises it has (washing machine and hair dryer, for example). Check in process was lengthy as the reception desk didn't have any information about our reservation.
The building and facilities including pool on 16th floor are fabulous

Great location, above all the view is fantastic. At night it's quite and you can sleep with open windows if it's not too hot and hear the waves from the beach.
The appartment needs a thourough refurbishment. Very old and difunctional bathroom. The shower in the bathroom of the main bed room is not working properly. The kitchen ist also very old. The coffee machine does not work as the plug does not fit..we reported this but didn't get any answer from the landlord.
Great location,safe and very clean. I will definitely stay at flat again when I return to Rio de Janeiro .
