The property's reception opening hours are:
- Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
- Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Saturdays.

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 20:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. For the arrivals after 20:00, the guest must contact the residence to proceed with the payment of the security deposit, and only then we leave them the keys in the code box. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Please note that for stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.

The pool, fitness room, sauna, hammam and pool table are located in the Hameau du Rocher Blanc 1 building.

Please note that the use of WiFi will incur an additional charge of EUR 19.90 per week.

Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a fee will be charged if the accommodations is not left clean.

Pros:

Kellemes nagy apartman, közel a sífelvonóhoz. A kezdeti nehézségek kivételével nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Kis szerencsével ingyenes parkolás a mélygarázsban.

Cons:

Éjjel érkeztünk, és az előkészített kulcsot és térképet tartalmazó csomagból hiányzott, hogy valójában melyik épületben van az apartman, és hogy mi az épület kapu kódja. Végül a kiírt vészhelyzeti számot többször csörgetve kaptunk segítséget.

Pros:

Troisième année que nous choisissons Lagrange Vacances Le Hameau du Rocher Blanc pour la semaine de Noël. Nous apprécions les logements (propreté et entretien, calme, dimension, équipements) et l'équipe, la situation géographique et la proximité avec les commodités et le "centre" de la station.

Cons:

RAS.
Suggestion : étant presque des "habitués", peut-être serait-il possible d'être contactés à la réservation pour nous proposer en amont (septembre ou octobre) un choix entre deux ou trois logements.

Comfortable but with some very irritating restrictions!!!

The wi fi speed was rubbish and was not included in the price. The kitchen utensils were poor. The TV was a ridiculous size my laptop had a bigger screen size and the fact you could only book one spa session when the facilities would easily accommodate more spa sessions!!
