Дуже вдячна адміністрації. В мене стався форс мажор. По обʼєктивним причинам, я не змогла своєчасно заїхати в готель. Адміністрація зробила майже не можливе. Дякую за людяність та допомогу. 🙏🏼 Бажаю процвітання.

Good choice for stay in the area, specially over winter.
Pros:

Lovely place it looks magical over winter New Year stay full off snow , good location, very nice food, clean and tide, very friendly and helpful staff. Look like family run business.

Cons:

Hard to say, maybe TV was hard to set up

Cons:

Winda zacięta. Nie poinformowane ze SPA nie działa... Jak na taki hotel i taką cene dodatkowo płatne SPA i nie poinformowane ze jest dodatkowopłatne... bardzo duży hałas z dołu z holu imprezowego w pokoju. W pokoju na górze okna nie otwierające się i zbyt gorąco.
