Pros:

Rooms were clean and warm. The welcome pack was appreciated! Restaurants and shop downstairs were convenient but the shop could be better stocked. Hector was so welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

A bedside lamp didn't work. No bowls in the kitchen is a bit ridiculous. Indoor car parking costing €15 a night is too expensive.

Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione dell'accomodation, la praticità di arrivare con gli sci, la stanza era spaziosa e comoda

Cons:

Le luci sulla testata del letto e dello specchio in bagno (camera 313) non funzionavano, aggiungerei dei ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani e delle coperte extra nel caso qualcuno avesse freddo, ma sono piccolezze!

Unpleasant Cervinia accommodation, never again
Pros:

The view of the Matterhorn mountain

Cons:

The property is out of the center of Cervinia, looks like an old , unkept apartman building from the 60s. It is not an inviting scene. Snow was not cleaned, that became ice, making it dangerous for walking in and out. Room size is ok. There was a horrible smell of some sort of gas or oil they used to heat the building during our stay. It was visible even on the lower level where the ski room was.

Espectacular.
Pros:

El personal siempre muy atento y servicial, nos ayudaron con todo lo necesario. Marilyn en particular es espectacular. La ubicacion para ski in / ski out es buenisima. Y las vistas al Cervino desde la habitacion.

Great Value Apartment
Pros:

Base Camp apartments were really good value. It was true ski in / ski out. It isn't in the main centre of town but if you're there to spend your time skiing it is perfectly located. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The onsite facilities were great. We made use of both the coffee shop and restaurant/bar. We were staying for long weekend and would definitely stay again.

מיקום מצויין, דירה מאוד מרווחת. הצוות מקסים ועוזר בכל בקשה. יש הכל במרחק נגיעה (סקיפס, ציוד, מכולת).

Good appartment, great staff, good quality for money.
Pros:

very spacious room with recently renovated bathroom. The people from the appartment building were easily contactable when there were issues and fixed everything immediately. Good ski room in the hotel.

Cons:

The ski-in/ski-out is dependent on one ski elevator. When this one is closed you have to walk uphill for 20 minutes from the village to reach the appartment

Clean and warm ski-in ski-out apartment
Pros:

Great location, just at the end of piste 13 (intermediate red). The staff was amazing, super helpful and quick to answer questions and assist with everything. The apartment Is very clean and warm. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Convenient to have ski rental, mini mart and pizzeria just downstairs. Another plus was the boot and ski storage just outside the flat.

Cons:

Walls are very thin so you can hear (and smell) everything from the flat next door. Check in process took longer than expected but they were understaffed, so not their fault.
