Pros:

The views are excellent.

Cons:

The pool was very small - the picture on the website is a little misleading.
The third bedroom has a rather loud humming sound most of the time (day and night) from something in the well (a pump, cooler, etc. perhaps).
Communication with the hosts was poor.
We were charged $500 for extra and unwarranted cleaning costs.
There was very loud construction noise the first 2 days of our stay.

Wished we could live here permanently and if we ever return to Hamilton Island, we will definitely be staying here again
Pros:

The view here was exceptional. The apartment is in a quiet area but everything is close by and convenient.
We loved using the buggy to get around. Was definitely one of our highlights.
The beds and couch were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child to stay there comfortably.
The apartment had everything too. All we needed was food, toiletries and food (although soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and toilet paper was also provided). Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment and cleaning equipment/products.
None of us wanted to leave.

Cons:

The property is a little dated and this is evident with some broken tiles and other minor things. But these things did not affect the quality of the apartment.

We had a lovely time staying at the villa over the Christmas period in a perfect location.
Pros:

Great setup for self catering with modern outdoor bbq, indoor kitchen was well equipped. Smart tv and coffee machine were very handy.

Cons:

1. There seemed to be a potential issue with plumbing as there was a noise that we heard more so overnight that disturbed our sleep.
2. Not an issue but an observation that the kitchen is a bit outdated and there were some holes in the walls that looked due to damp.
3. We had expected the pool to be a lot larger from the photos. It was well maintained but the pool lights didn’t work.

We had the most wonderful time. The apartment has everything you need and more, and the golf buggy was a plus to get us

Pros:

The location was AMAZING
Huge balcony with views over the ocean & sunset was absolutely spectacular & the highlight of the apartment
Spacious living
Great BBQ
Coffee pod machine was great
Included buggy was fabulous

Washer & dryer was great for our large family

Wish we had heating in winter - aircon was cooling only so we were often cold

An impressive location, with good accommodation and helpful staff/info, but villa a little tired and in need of cosm
Pros:

Views, quiet, buggy availability, three separate double bedrooms, nice kitchen/diner/lounge, balconies, helpful meet&greet at the marina

Cons:

Lots of cracked floor tiles, exterior a little tired, kitchen cupboards peeling, one fault air conditioning unit, no wardrobe in one bedroom

Stunning views & peaceful location.
Pros:

The location was exceptional for the unobstructed views & sunsets. Small complex with personal touches made us feel right at home.
The private buggy was a gem & a necessity due to the steep elevation, we would never have been able to walk to & from town. We were able to come & go at our own leisure & and the kids loved getting around in a buggy.
The onsite manager was very friendly & helpful sorting some minor issues out for us immediately.

Cons:

On arrival, the air-conditioners were leaking water over the floor & then when we went to go to bed, part of our bed was also wet.
We notified the manager & she had it fixed the next morning, and we had fresh sheets & new pillows on our bed. So problem solved quickly.
The only other nit-picking thing would be the outdated bathrooms but the water pressure was good so no real issue.

Such a fun holiday - highly recommend
Pros:

The apartment was a great size, amazing views, really great location- 30 seconds in buggy to watch sunrise at one tree hill; a few minutes down to the Marina or Cats Eye beach. We had so much fun in the buggy!!! And the buggy was excellent in terms of power etc. Would definitely return! Kitchen facility was great- all essentials provided - glad wrap, oils, hand wash, washing tablets, wipes, paper towels, tea coffee, utensils etc. Unit 1 was awesome as you are at the end of the row of 4 units. We loved parking the buggy right at the front door of our two story holiday stay- so easy. Oh and did I mention how clean the place was…
