From the moment I was met at reception i knew that I would enjoy my stay here.the receptionist was very friendly and helpful as were everyone who was on duty during my stay.the room was a bit dated but tidy and perfect for a solo traveller.the shower,air con,etc all worked perfectly and I had a great view of the busy street from my balcony.the room was cleaned and refurbished every day.the cleaners were lovely too,always welcoming me with a smile and a chat.downstairs was a busy bar area which was also full of friendly faces.would I stay there again?definitely,the friendliness of everyone who worked there is a huge credit to them.hope I will see you all again.Bobby.
Room can be a bit noisy at night with all the music from the busy bars although it never bothered me,it may be a bit loud for others.
Hotel was closed when I arrived so had to find alternative accommodation

Area - Not recommend for married couples.
Room had new paint and was cleaned regularly.
Room very small with limited room for clothes etc. Fridge seen better days but worked OK.
I didn't even stay at the Hotel after booking on booking .com I arrived at the property and they said they did not have a room ,I was never refunded by booking.com and the Hotel did not push hard enough to notify either .
I didn't like the fact I did not get a refund after turning up after confirmation of booking being turned away because they had no room ,,stuck on a road with a big bag trying to figure out another place to stay ,I did use Booking.com to book another Guest house but after this will never use them again and give a bad rap about S One Hotel in Pattaya.
the rooms are good, the receptionists are friendly
The hotel itself is not bad, but the passage through the bar, where Mama San and the manager are rude, the girls are rude, really spoils the atmosphere of the hotel
Awesome staff
Had to drag my luggage up 3 flights of steep stairs with no help after a very gruelling flight. The receptionist was rude and surly. Had no instructions on how to use the safe or door security.
A very loud band outside my window would play from 12am until 4am. Had very little sleep.
None of this was mentioned when booking.

TV wasn't working and No Plugs near bed. No real problem.
A street side room is very loud at night and there's no soundproofing- so use your earplugs!

I had 2 rooms in 3 days
Ladie on reception explained to me air-con in my room was not working and I could have a smaller room and change the next day.
I took my normal room and changed the next day but it was the same.
It's no problem for me it was only a short stay.
Staff were helpful and always smiling.
Hotel only . No bar, no restaurant.
Close 12 at night. Have to raise shutter yourself to get in.
