Our first Italian adventure!
Pros:

A wonderful area for both short and long holidays. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean, and nicely decorated. I highly recommend it!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für den Gardasee-Urlaub mit der Familie
Pros:

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit wirklich gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles da, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht und alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bemüht, kleine Probleme zügig zu lösen und half bei Fragen gerne weiter. Nach einer Woche wurden uns frische Laken und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Super! Es gab Fliegenfenster und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Vor der Anlage verlief eine stark befahrene Straße, das Gelände ist aber sehr gut gesichert, so dass Kinder nicht auf die Straße laufen können. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und waren eigentlich immer mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs. In gut zehn Minuten erreicht man einen netten Gardasee-Strand. Es bieten sich Ausflüge nach Sirmione oder Verona an. Dort waren wir in der Oper. Und sogar Venedig war als Tagesausflug noch gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt also eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für den Gardasee-Urlaub mit der Familie, wenn man denn über einen PKW verfügt.

Хозяйка отзывчивая и гостеприимная .
В апартаментах было всё что надо для проживания семьи - стиральная машина, духовка , плита итд.
Внутри всё зелёное и красивое . Есть бассейн и даже джакузи ! Очень рекомендую ❤️

Cons:

Немного не удобный заезд на парковку , так что удобней парковаться напротив апартаментов.
Бассейн + джакузи больше подходят для летнего времени , хотя дети с удовольствием плескались и в холодной воде 😁

Logement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine faute de temps. Excellent séjour, bon accueil...

Cons:

Il manque une table pour prendre les repas dehors et la route est bruillante quand les portes sont ouvertes mais a l'intérieur pas de problème

Das Appartement war den Bildern entsprechend geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Kleine Details, wie Instantkaffee, Teebeutel und diverse Gewürze standen schon bei Ankunft zur Verfügung. Der Pool und Liegefläche waren sehr schön, ebenso der Zugang zu zwei Grillplätzen.

Cons:

Leider direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich sollte erneuert werden, ebenso einige Küchen Utensilien.

Pros:

Locatie was goed. Je kan naar allerlei leuke plaatsjes. Nadeel is wel de drukke weg aan de voorkant, waar de balkons ook zitten. Dit was even wennen aan het geluid wat dit maakt.
Daarentegen had je daar bij t zwembad minder last van en dit was top geregeld. Eigen bedjes, parasol. Mega vriendelijke verhuurster !

Fijne kamer. Wel is het boven open, zonder deur. Dat was voor ons prima maar wellicht niet voor iedereen fijn. Grote badkamer en andere slaapkamer. Was prima zo, wij waren met 5 (met 1 baby op ouderslaapkamer).

Cons:

De drukke weg aan de voorkant.

Leuk verblijf aan Gardameer
Pros:

Ruim appartement
Proper en verzorgd zwembad
Aan zwembad heeft ieder appartement toegewezen ligstoelen en parasol wat aangenaam is.

Cons:

Opgelet zwembad is toegankelijk op hoger gelegen terrein met enkele trappen
Handdoeken voor zwembad zelf mee te nemen
Enkel airco in 1 van de slaapkamers

Pros:

Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato. Zona tranquilla immersa nel verde. Un valore aggiunto sicuramente la zona piscina con sdraio, ombrelloni e anche un barbecue. Consigliatissimo.

Pros:

Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mit
Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und es gab die Möglichkeit die Handtücher auf der Terrasse zu trocknen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung war früher wohl sehr gut und hochwertig. Jetzt müsste sie erneuert / bzw. überarbeitet werden. Schränke und Schubladen hängen schief. Die Matratzen z.B. passen nicht richtig ins Bett und in der Küche gibt es ganz viele abgenutzte Brat-Pfannen.
Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang und die Liegen am Pool bräuchten mal eine Reinigung.

Pros:

L’e droit parfait pour visiter et faire le tour du lac et ses charmants petits villages.
La Nona est très sympathique
La piscine est belle et bien entretenue.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu cher.
Le parking difficile d accès.
La route très très très bruyante même la nuit!
La jeune propriétaire peu avenante.
Local des poubelles à revoir pour le tri.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, schöne Poollandschaft und das Appartement war super ausgestattet.

Cons:

Etwas beengte Einfahrt und Parkmöglichkeit. Mit ein bisschen Geschick bekommt man das aber hin. ;)

Bel appartement avec piscine
Pros:

Bel appartement « Girasole » situé dans une résidence de plusieurs appartements. Très propre, très bonne literie, belle décoration, belle salle de bain.
La piscine est belle, chaque appartement dispose de plusieurs transats réservés sous un parasol.
Parking gratuit à disposition.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation, nous entendions beaucoup les voisins.
