La casa carina, ambiente confortevole. Lo staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

In generale da rimodernare un po, letti vecchi e non proprio comodi, la cosa peggiore che tra una doccia e l'altra per avere l'acqua calda si deve attendere venti minuti.

close proximity to the best beach in the neighborhood.

Cons:

1. Bathroom is not designed well. It's very small and items are very close to each other.
2. Everything makes noise: doors, water flashing in the toilet, etc. :)
3. I've stayed in beach houses elsewhere, they. usually offer umbrella and beach benches as part of the house facilities. This one was very poor. Even the kettle was not present and the reception couldn't help.

Pros:

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti in bici dalla spiaggia (i Caraibi del Salento) e a 5 minuti di bici dal centro di Torre dell’orso, dunque ci tutti i servizi a portata di mano; Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile; comodissimo il lavandino sul balcone con lo stendino per lavare le cose a mano se non si vuole usare la lavatrice; Spazi comuni bellissimi, soprattuto il giardino.

Cons:

La casa non era pulita perfettamente, già il primo giorno abbiamo trovato peli e capelli in bagno e sotto i letti, bisognerebbe fare più attenzione;

Se avessero detto che era a ridosso dell’autostrada non ci sarei andata.

La forma della casa era strana con molti anfratti, ad esempio il lavandino ha solo 50 cm di spazio perchè alle spalle c’è un muro!
Posizione pessima a ridosso dell’autostrada. Rumorosissima!

We really enjoyed our stay in Torre Dell’Orso!
Pros:

The location! 15 minutes walk to the Torre dell’orso beach and same to the Grotta della Poesia so you can leave your car in the property. The property is clean. Love the cakes and pastries of Bar Dentoni near the beach.The neighboring beaches are also beautiful like the Baia dei Turchi.If you dont want to go to restaurants for lunch and dinner just cook in the property. We spent almost our stay going back and forth to the beach and at night walking to the center checking the night market.

Grate accomodation and staff
Pros:

Sea view from the room was grate. Grate communication and support with the staff. Bicicles posibility to use.

Cons:

Even if exist a wall separation between the balconies, neighbour smokers fume is coming in you balcony & room. Transport from Lecce hard to be done in extra sezon without a car. We had to use a taxi. For departure exist a bus to Lecce at 6.30 in the morning that has the stop near the hotel.
