Comfortable, good location, accessible and incredible staff
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived pretty late but they were nice enough to hold our booking. The room we booked was big considering the amount we paid. It was comfortable.

It was unique and memorable.
Pros:

Staffs were approachable, rooms were clean and the place was well-maintained. It is also in a prime location near touristy area like the San Jacinto Church. A ride away from SM Tuguegarao as well.

The staff were very nice and accomodating

Cons:

Room had a very bad smell. The property had a very bad smell especially going up the stairs to our 3rd floor bedroom. The steps were extra high and hard to climb up! There is no elevator so had to haul our luggage manually by ourselves! The water heater in the bathroom didnt heat the water so had to take cold showers. Had insects (grasshopper, mosquitoes) in my room.
