Стаята, която наех чрез сайта, не отговаряше на снимките. Настаниха ни в мансарда, "апартамент", банята се напълни с мръсна вода, докато се къпех. За радост веднага бяхме преместени в друга стоя

According to the information on Booking.com, check-in is available until 11:00 pm. However, it was quite difficult to agree with the hotel representative to wait until 8:30 pm, even though there is a restaurant located under the hotel where the key could have been left. The check-in process would be much easier if the hotel installed a key lock box or offered an alternative self check‑in solution.

Treba još mnogi da se radi na kvalitetu usluge, i pre svega poštovanju zahteva gostiju.
Pros:

Osoblje veoma neprofesionalno, ne izlazi u susret zahtevima gostiju. Nema ko da vas dočeka ako dodjete kasnije uveče ili ujutru na primer, iako ste platili jedan dan više a niste spavali tu noć, već ste došli naredni dan. Jedino je čistačica bila ljubazna, jer smo nju jedino videle. Niko nije došao da nas smesti i pita kako nam je i da li nam nešto treba.

Cons:

Neljubazna osoba koja je zadužena za komunikaciju sa gostima. Uslovljava goste da se čekiraju samo u odredjeno vreme, iako dolaze u ranim jutarnjim časovima narednog dana za koji je noć već plaćena a nisu stigli da iskoriste. Ne menja se redovno posteljina i peškiri, u kupatilu nema papuča, poplava je svaki put kada se istuširate. Soba treba da se čisti svaki dan.

Camera nr 4 in care am fost acum are o baie in care nu exista cabina de dus si pur si simplu faci piscina in toata baia. Daca vrei sa te speli pe dinti sau ai treaba la wc, trebuie sa ai papuci de plastic altfel nu poti intra in baie. este un disconfort acest aspect. in rest ok.

Снимките в Booking не отговарят на действителността. Няма обособена рецепция и се наложи да изчакаме повече от 15 минути да се появи момиче,което да ни настани. Стаята е доста захабена. В нея се е пропила миризма на цигарен дим. Пода в банята беше много замърсен,а чаршафа на леглото с лекета...
