De Piraya Residence

The Internet did not work at all. I had to leave the property to get a connection and i needed to use it. The shower head was loose and needed fixing. A shame as the room is a good size and modern.

Nice stay for a late arrival at the airport. Air conditioning works really really well. One thing I’ll mention is that we were told breakfast would open at 9:30, it didn’t open until closer to noon, so we had to go elsewhere for food. There were options in the area though! Overall would recommend.

位置在機場對面，走過去10分鐘，途中有7-11，房間乾淨舒適，唯一不好的是花灑有一半是壞的，酒店沒有電梯，上樓要走樓梯

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm but we have come to expect this in Asian countries.
It was very convenient to the airport - just a short walk however Google maps led you to the street that was behind the hotel and there was no access from this street; you needed to go down the street beforehand to access reception. There was no lift access to the upper floors which was not a problem for us but if you have heavy baggage or mobility issues, this would pose a problem. There were taxis available from the main street and food options within a short walk. We walked a little further and found shopping options and lots of places to get a massage. The area was a little noisy due to planes and traffic which you would expect being so close to the airport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Im großen und ganzen für eine Nacht Okay. Zimmer war sauber, nur das Bad hätte mal eine Generalentkalkung aller Amaturen DRINGRNDS nötig.
Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage kühlt zwar sehr gut, nur bringt sie einen Geräuschmässig um denn Schlaf.
Personal vor Ort ist naja. Begrüßung war Okay, nur beim Check-out Schlüssel genommen und fertig. Kein Verabschiedung.

Chambre fonctionnelle par contre jetait au rez de chaussé avec vu sur parking. Un tout petit espace extérieur attenant à la chambre et accessible à n'importe qui de l'extérieur, pas très plaisant. J'ai gardé les rideaux fermés sinon pas d'intimité. Dommage.
J'ai très mal vécu le fait de n'avoir eu aucune réponse de l'établissement à mes mails en 3 mois. Notamment concernant un transfert depuis l'aéroport. J'ai dû me débrouiller et J'ai galéré plus d'une heure a mon arrivée après 3 escales et 26h de voyages pour trouver un taxi qui m'a fait payer 500 bath pour 900m de trajet. Comment vous dire ...
L'hôtel est mignon mais l'environnement très repoussant, on aurait jamais dis en regardant les photos du site.
En bref, très pratique mais je n'y retournerai pas !

送迎があると記載されていたので、予約時に希望の通知を入れておいたが、返事がなく、深夜だったのでタクシーで行きました。
空港から近くですが、スーツケースを持って歩くには、遠く、また交通量が激しい道を渡るので、車で行くのがいいと思います。
部屋は綺麗で必要最低限のものはあるので、早朝便や深夜便のために泊まるのはいいと思う。

Hotel is an easy 2 minute walk from the airport.
It was quiet, with blackout curtains.
7/11 round the corner.
Bed was very comfortable and clean.
Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good.
Simple, basic room - perfect for getting off a long flight.

Unhelpful staff who tried to get extra money for everything. No one spoke English. The beds were hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Empty shampoo and soap, just a tiny tiny bottle for hands. No hot water, and minimal water pressure.

Tertemiz havalimanı yakınında yeni bir konaklama yeri. Beklentimi karşıladı.

深夜到着だったので、空港から徒歩圏でアクセス良く、リーズナブル、施設も真新しいのが決め手でした。クリスマスイブのフライトは予想以上に遅延し、入国審査も１時間待ち…。そのままビーチ方面に向かうよりも楽だったと思います。
空港からホテルに行く途中にセブンイレブンがあり、おにぎりや飲み物が買えて便利でした。

事前にメールで、深夜フライトだと告げてあったので、チェックインも遅くまで待っていてくれました。

フライトに合わせて繋で泊まるのに便利なホテルでした。
