-Zona de bucatarie comuna tuturor oaspetilor, mobilata si utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie
-Curtea spatioasa, ingrijita si gandita in cel mai mic detaliu.Cu 4 spatii de gratar, 2 foisoare, pirostrie, piscina, foc de tabara, loc de joaca pt copii, locuri amenajate pentru pescuit.

-Spatiu amenajat unde se poate juca biliard sau tenis de masa

Nu e ceva ce nu mi a placut.
Am o singura rugaminte catre cei care intentioneaza sa ajunga in aceasta locatie. Respectati ceilalti oaspeti cazati in pensiune. Am avut ghinionul, in perioada in care am fost aici, sa vina si 2 grupuri cu boxe foarte mari care au bubuit manelele pana dimineata si desi li s a atras atentia in nenumarate randuri au continuat petrecerea neinteresandu i de restul persoanelor cazate. Inteleg ca veniti sa va distrati si nu am o problema cu asta dar faceti o in limita bunului simt. Va multumesc!

Camerele foarte frumos amenajate, spatioase, curate, per total foarte ok.
Curtea este mare si frumos amenajata de asemenea, iar locul de pescuit este amenajat exceptional, cu suport pt lansete gandit direct in beton, tot ce ai nevoie.

Overall we really enjoyed our holiday: we fished, had a barbecue, sunbathed and swam in the pool.
Pros:

Excellent location right on the banks of the Danube, possibility to fish directly from the hotel territory, very clean rooms

Cons:

We liked everything, but we hat can be improved and added:
1) Hang air conditioners in family rooms (for some reason they are not in the booking, but they are at the base)
2) Organize a place for cooking fish soup (there are as many as 3 tripods at the base for hanging a cauldron, but there is no cauldron and place to make a fire).
3) Expand the children playground and make a canopy over it.
4) Build a sauna for the fall.

Good location, too many people
Pros:

Good location, with access to the Danube, large backyard

Cons:

Understaffed - just two people taking care of the property, while the capacity is for almost 60 people. The couple (very nice and helpful) cleans and also sometimes cooks on demand. Given the large number of people the property can accommodate and sometimes the short period of time to make up the rooms in between guests, the cleanliness level is not top.

Also, from the description on booking at the moment we made our reservation, it was expected that the property can host 24 people in 12 rooms. We had booked 6 rooms, so we were expecting another one or two small groups there. However, we were surprised to find out there were additional bungalows on the property, therefore at any given point, there were at least four groups, trying to divide the outdoor space, the kitchen access, the space in the fridge etc.

If youโ€™re looking for something a little bit more chill, this is not the place for you

A very unpleasant stay
Pros:

location close to Denube delta

Cons:

broken water supply system (not enough water pressure to supply water for multi family usage). My friends and us in two separate rooms (rooms 9 and 10) have neither cold nor hot water. Called the owner for help and he sent a handy man who tried to fix the problem but finally gave up at 11:30 pm. The owner offered to change the room in a different building for us (our friends were too tired to ask for help) but we refused (things were completely unpacked and spread all over the place) . We opted to take shower in that room and came back to stay in the same room. Needless to say, after all these, we didnโ€™t sleep well and our stay was pretty much ruined. To any future guests: make sure you have water in your room!
