On the day of check-in, they told us to cancel the reservation, explaining that they had some technical difficulties. Of course, we didn't do that, but we booked a new accommodation and waited for the owner to cancel on his own.

1)Location. 2)One of the staff members was so helpful but sadly didn’t get his name. He was the guy that checked us in. 3)late check-in was helpful
1)We booked a room with pool view which we never got. 2)Breakfast was included but we only ate at the cafe twice throughout our stay. You get a few options to choose from (1 per person) and it wasn’t fulfilling or vast enough to choose from. 3) Also, to use the pool you need a card which you have to get from the staff and return after every use. There were days where we had to wait to get the card. Just really inconvenient having to get a card to use the pool every-time.
Good size apartment with everything you need. Security is over the top. A lovely place for kids as there is a playground and swimming pool for the community in the ground. Close to Crescent Shopping Centre, which is a relatively large shopping centre with a lot of brand shops and eateries. The aprtments had few small shops in it including a cafe. Overall, a great place to relax.
The main staff were friendly but the restaurant staff were not so great. They accepted our request to check out 30 minutes later.
Quite far from the main HCMC attractions. So, it costs a lot of money and time in taxi.
We have stayed at 4 different places in Vietnam and this one had the most unimpressive breakfast. The options were very limited and you can order only one item. The food quality was not great either compared to other places we stayed.

For the breakfast, we didn’t see before that we only have choice between 5 meals and this is not suitable for our kids.
It’s a bit expansive regarding the location, the cleaning, the facilities.
The pool and especially the pool for the kids that had toys in it. The room was large, spacious, had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was very clean.
Our booking included breakfast, when we went to breakfast we were surprised to find that it had a menu with a choice of 5 courses and coffee or tea. The portions of the dishes were very small and not enough for an adult. There is also no suitable food for children. The location of the apartments was quite far from the center. Specifically, they are located in district 7, while the center is in district 1. The taxi ride was about 30 minutes. A large shopping center is a five-minute walk away.In the photos I have attached, I show what the portion looked like in the photo and how the dish was actually served to us.
The Breakfast was so delicious at Michael resturant. I visited the first time in Vietnam with my family. My schedule was lay over trip. Even though a short time, Puh-my-hung was interested town. Tunmi market also was very interesting.

Rooms are good.
The location from the booking.com and from Google map are fake. It is 1km from the real location of the apartment. Because of the fake map direction, we spent more than 1 hour to get to the real location of the apartment. Anyway, because of the dishonesty, we will not recommend this apartment for visitors.
The staff Chinsu was brilliant and Michael were very helpful, but the location was to far from the city centre and the Taxi drivers regardless of providing our address they would never drive directly to our location this alway cost us dearly for taxi fares, Grab also will tell you to meet them at there location not where you are bookiing from, so this again is a pain. But this is not Michale and or Chinsu problem.
