the location and staff is fantastic. however im not sure of i would return for another time with the facilities in that
Pros:

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to carrying luggages and locating an obscure gps i have for a destination on grab, making sure i was safely in the car.

Cons:

firstly, the hot water was not working! secondly, there was two very loud users at the common lounge at lobby took up the entire table with their camera gear. thirdly, the door seems to unlatch on its own, twice - once overnight and another when i returned following day.

Excellent location, laundry machine and supplies for longer stays, comfortable room. Very clean!

Disappointing experience
Cons:

Booking. Com misleading information.. Said to include free transport airport to hotel disap hotel refused wanted to charge vnd 500,000..found alternative Grab car vnd 85,000. No breakfast facilities no TV basic room

Good hotel but for it's star rating, it's considered overpriced.

HOTEL MUST put a sign OR better yet have to inform verbally every guest during check in to maintain silence after 9:30-10:00pm.

Terrible service!
Pros:

This was a scammer, big scammer placed. Don’t ever get trapped by this hotel. They take your money incorrectly and no service or call centre would available to help. Their only one host, and every time I asked him a question his answer is “ I don’t know, I can’t help”. At the end I would like to say, don’t lose your money!

Cons:

Incorrect money taking, a big and professional scam to take customers money and kick them out, a very horrible and haunting experience.

Great overall.

It was close to a lot of businesses and restaurants.
