Very cute apartment near Thao Dien. The decor is very sweet and the apartment has everything you need. The bed is comfy and the shower is really nice! Just a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station which takes you straight into the centre, or if you walk past the station you are in the lovely area of Thao Dien. There are plenty of shops, restaurants as well as a mall and a park nearby.

Bed was soft and comfy, bed linen was clean and made of good natural material.
Hot water, good view. All the tupperware available, electric kettle, hair drier.
It was really noisy in room 3. Bikes were not rare on the narrow street outside, so that I didn't sleep well. Besides, there was no window in the shower area, there was only a wall with decorative holes.
Kitchen area was decorated with the same tile as the floor was...I can't say it looked cozy.
The bed was actually creaking! Lucky I was to travel alone.

the appartment was good, equiped with kitchen necessities. we could leave our baggages at the accommodation before check-in and after check-out.
the terrace that was presented here was in a bad condition. it didnt look as on the photos. our room was rather small.
Convenient, almost automated check-in (Hotel owner provided us our door code to the hotel and room). Paid in advanced to the house keeper.
When we checked-in and got into our room, the room is poorly prepared!
The toilet was not flushed (probably by the previous guest) and the sitting board is wet! And I need to flushed it myself!
The drain sound can be heard in the upper floor when a hotel guest is using the shower.
One of our room chairs is broken before we arrived! And we need to ask the housekeeper to get us our new one.
On our last day of the hotel, I opened the fridge and noticed a left over drink in the freezer! Which has been there sometime before we arrived!

Everything was good. Good value apartment. Owners communicative. Only issue was my apartment was on the third floor without lift and perhaps a little difficult to find first day. 20 mins walk to Thao Dien
Ive stayed one week and its was quite and tiny road close only, so no traffic and scooter noise outside. The apartment well equipped and very clean, balcony was small. Close to the supermarket, cafe
