Nagyon szép, tiszta és rendezett szállás. A szobák nagyok, külön fűtött helység a sífelszerelésnek. Teljesen felszerelt konyha. Reggeli bőséges, személyzet kedves volt.
It was clean, nicely furnished, close to the ski slopes, jacuzzi was really nice relaxation. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary but it was always enough and there was still enough options (eggs, cereal, yoghurt, salami and cheese). You need to walk for about 300m to get to the ski slope, but it’s still close enough.
Apartment has everything you need. I especially liked that the apartment has its own place for skies and ski equipment to dry off after skiing.
Personal was kind and helpful, we communicated in English.
We loved that our dog was also welcome at this property and that they allowed us to have him with us in the restaurant at the time of breakfast.
The temperature in the apartment was set too high and you don’t have an options to control the temperature, so we had to have windows open quite a lot to cool the place.
I would appreciate some more towels for the stay of the whole week. I know that we can get towels if we ask for them, but I would still like more towels on the initial arrival.

The apartment was wonderfully cozy, warm, and soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
A major highlight was the dedicated boot dryer (fits 4 pairs), which made our mornings much better.
The doors have a code lock meaning you can check in anytime and you don't have to worry about who is carrying the keys.
The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the ski bus for the main Jasna resort, or you can use the lift right near the apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and communicative (speaking good Polish and English).
Breakfast started at 8:00 AM and was pretty decent.
Our arrival was unfortunately quite stressful. We checked in around 11 PM (after reception had closed) and found the apartment was only prepared for 2 people, despite our booking for 4. We were missing essential bedding, towels, and toiletries.
Since reception was closed, we couldn't get help that night, meaning the two of us had to sleep on bare mattresses and we had to share towels.
We called the reception and they actually picked up but we're unable to fix the situation as there was nobody at the reception.
The staff was very apologetic the next morning. They immediately provided the missing items and a complimentary gift to make up for the mistake.
This is the only reason I'm not giving this stay 10/10.
Great place, close to the slopes, but more affordable than being on the slopes. Parking is a bit tight if all apartments are full, but it is free and convenient. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
