Bardzo udany pobyt i super lokalizacja 🙂
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, czysto, przestronnie, pyszne śniadania. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, duże okno z fajnym widokiem. Śniadania w hotelu obok 3 min.

Duża łazienka przystosowana również dla osób na wózku . Pachnąca ,czysta pościel i ręczniki .

Jedyny plus tego miejsca to lokalizacja blisko centrum. Niestety reszta mocno rozczarowuje.

Cons:

Parking miał być bezpłatny zgodnie z ofertą, a na miejscu okazało się, że miejsc jest tylko 12 na 20 pokoi. W okolicy obowiązuje zakaz parkowania i strefa płatna, więc musieliśmy zapłacić dodatkowe 150 zł za miejsce, mimo że według rezerwacji parking miał być w cenie.

Pokój, który dostaliśmy, różnił się od tego na zdjęciach – był znacznie mniejszy i trudno było w nim przygotować posiłek. Co gorsza, tego pokoju w ogóle nie ma na zdjęciach w ofercie, więc wybór dokonany na podstawie prezentowanych fotografii był wprowadzający w błąd. W opisie napisane było, że z balkonu jest widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, a faktycznie patrzyliśmy na dziki parking od zupełnie innej strony. Sam balkon był bardzo zaniedbany, brudny i z pajęczynami.

W pokoju panował ogólny brud – szczególnie w lodówce, która była w złym stanie, a dodatkowo było sporo kurzu. Widać, że sprzątanie odbywa się bardzo pobieżnie, co mocno obniża komfort pobytu.

Cały obiekt sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanego – w holu unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach, a dodatkowo jest bardzo głośno, ponieważ tuż obok znajduje się wesołe miasteczko (o czym nigdzie nie ma informacji). W sejfie brakowało awaryjnego klucza, więc musieliśmy iść po niego do innego hotelu. Na recepcji nikogo nie było, więc nie mieliśmy się do kogo zwrócić z tymi problemami.

Szczerze mówiąc, dziwię się tak wysokim opiniom w internecie. W naszym przypadku standard był zdecydowanie niższy niż sugerowały zdjęcia i opis na Booking. Zdecydowanie nie polecam osobom, które cenią sobie zgodność oferty z rzeczywistością i komfort pobytu.
