Great location, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The facility had 3 elevators, but only 1 was working. When we checked in, I asked if anyone would be out to fix them. I was told no, not till Tuesday. We had to use the stairs the majority of the time.

Pros:

The condo was great, this was my first time coming to Panama Beach and I was unsure where to stay, I am glad I picked ocean reef, it felt like home away from home, decor was good, the beach and ocean view was awesome, I will be staying there again, it was very clean and well stocked, Loved it very much

Cons:

It was 3 elevators and only 2 worked, then the second day only 1 was working, the other one stopped, people along with us had to wait longer than 30mns, so people took the steps, I am disabled and had to wait for the elevator, the second one was finally fixed, that was really frustrating, the elevators seem out dated a lot of people that was waiting said they are going to write a complaint, the elevators need to be in good shape especially during the busy season

Pros:

The location and beautiful view. You have shopping, food and fun all within walking distance.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there was no dish washing machine tabs, no toilet paper, no trash bags, and the drapes over the sliding doors to the balcony barely covered the windows. At night you could see through the cracks from the beach. Need more privacy type drapes.

If you bring kids to unit 607 please be careful with the glass tables. They not glued and easily fall off.

Pros:

1.awesome view
2.condo is very clean
3.Tasha is the woman, she clean the condo really good, we appreciate her so much
4. Everything u need is in the condo, they got pots, pan, spoon fork, coffee maker, blender, name it they have it
5.all staff are friendly ❤️

Cons:

I wish they have the carts, make it easier for the people that who don’t have carts to load and unload their stuff

It was in a good location. The property was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The sheets on the beds were cheap. Higher quality, cotton sheets would be a great addition to the condo.
