Místo hotelu fajn ale kvalita služeb už není co bývala
Pros:

Místo hotelu je skvělé na procházky do centra, ale i na sjezdovku je to kousek. Hotel má krásné a čisté pokoje a skvělou snídani. Obsluha recepce byla také velmi milá.

Cons:

Bohužel hotel přistavěl další část a je zde lidí už opravdu dost. Wellness určitě pro tolik lidí nestačí a i u snídaní bylo dost plno. Bazén a výřivka byly dost studené a i teplo v hotelu je horší. Je vidět celkově že potřebují vydělat a zvětšili počty pokojů, ale projevilo se to bohužel na kvalitě služeb, které nám nyní rozhodně přišli horší:( Také už nám nenabídnou apartmán, kde jsme se v minulosti vešli i s rodiči a nyní už bychom si museli kupovat o pokoj navíc, protože zmenšili kapacitu, ale místa na spaní jsou stejná:( Jeden člověk také na obsluhu celé restaurace opravdu nestačí a dlouho se čeká i na pití natož večeři. V budoucnu už budeme bohužel hledat jiný hotel.

Kvalitní pobyt se vším potřebným
Pros:

Milý personál, čistota, klid, výborné jídlo (uvažoval bych o tom zpřístupnit kuchyni i lidem neubytovaným v hotelu), pití, hezký wellness (teplota výřivky by mohla být o stupeň větší, finská sauna je malá), uložení lyží pod dohledem recepce a kamer, budují nové křídlo kde je vidět posilovna. Uklidňující zvuk potoku pod oknem

Cons:

Dodatečné placení za parkování a za župany. To mi přijde nestandardní. Žádné CZ TV kanály, televize nedisponující WiDi, pokud si chcete pustit něco z notebooku, vemte si HDMI kabel. Kuchyně zavírá poměrně brzo. Od lyžařského vleku je to krátká vzdálenost, ale do velmi prudkého kopce.
