Spacious, safe clean condo w large outdoor patio. Large comfortable bed & well equipped kitchen. Guarded complex in good location, w parking. Pool is absolute highlight, clean, w view accross bay.
Aircon needs arrention altho' there are ceiling fans. Little dated inside but well equipped. Needs some attention, ie towels rack replaced, stuck together w sticky tape!
It was very clean and well equipped. Wonderful location, beautiful view of the ocean and close to a very nice and long wide beach.
The entry lock was a little difficult to navigate.
Super comfy bed. Lots of room. Decent kitchen. Really comfy couch. Big terrace. Nice grounds. Large refrigerator. Pretty pool (though we didn't use it).
It was comfortable kitchen was set up to make some meals! Very quiet easy to relax on the patio for morning coffee and evenings opening up the blinds to watch the beautiful ocean! The pool area was our favorite place to relax!
It was dangerous feeling to walk along the busy highway to get to places to eat! No grocery stores close by to buy a few staples only an OXXO then have to climb a big hill with the items you purchased! Have to get an Uber for pretty much every where you want to go! Car would definitely be a must have to do more of the things you want to do!
Distant ocean view with balcony & patio set. Although we did not use it, the condo complex had a smaller, secluded infinity pool. Very quiet and nice.
Tastefully decorated, cute condo. Comfortable bed. A very good value located in a gated community.
Kelley was very responsive, nice and helpful in providing nearby restaurants suggestions. Filtered water provided via dispenser. The hillside condo and complex is reminiscent of Santorini.
A couple very minor repairs needed-did not pose a problem at all with our stay. The condo had a musty/mold smell that dissipated with using the screen doors for outside air. You can hear the nearby traffic when outside.Booking.com app communication wasn't working so Kelley had to connect directly with me to provide the instructions for accessing the condo.Booking.com issue, not her.

Great property, beautiful ocean view
We absolutely loved this property! So convenient to the highway, ocean VIEW, full kitchen and laundry. There was also a beach umbrella, two chairs, and a couple coolers left for our use. We loved having dinner outside every evening and playing cards until after dark.
Location was good. Very close to Costa Azul, which is a nice beach to chill out/surf at. There are also some nice places to grab food - el pescadito break. Eating in the arroyo is also super inexpensive and fresh, if on a budget.
The host had some necessary beach gear that we used and were very excited that they had available - coolbox and an umbrella. This was a huge plus for us.

Not really the fault of the property, but there isn't a way out to the beach when you walk down the hill. We tried going through the hotels/properties directly on the other side of the main road, but they wouldn't let us. Unless you can be persuasive ($) you'll need to walk (or car) to the arroyo.
The view was spectacular! The bed was comfy and overall the apartment was everything we needed!

The apartment is nice and clean and has a nice partial view of the ocean. Nice that it has a washer and a dryer. There is security at the gate which make the place seem safe.
There some things that diminished the experience especially in relationship to the price. You could hear people talking and toilets flushing in the adjacent and upstairs apartments. Also the glasses in the cupboard weren't properly cleaned. Also the pillows on the garden furniture was damaged. You are close to the beach but you can't walk straight to it because the security guards of the hotels in front of it don't let you pass. You have to walk on a narrow pavement along a highway with cars and trucks rushing by to get to the beach. Not safe at all. The surrounding area doesn't offer that much in the way of shops bars or restaurant. Basically to go anywhere you need a car or Uber yourself around.
