Pros:

Great location: 5 min walk to beach but away from the noise of the main street through town. Kitchen adequate for simple meal preparation. Two bathrooms were handy. Beds were amazingly comfortable. 3 AC units worked well. Daily housekeeping by friendly staff was appreciated. Loved fresh towels and linens daily. Pool was warm but nice for morning and evening dips. Little patio for each unit was well-furnished, private and shady. Irina (office manager) was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The synthetic deck around the pool is unbelievably hot in the sun. Walking without shoes will burn your feet. Limited parking for the villas so had to park on road at times.

Pros:

Loft molto bello e ben arredato. I bagni erano puliti, comodi e belli. Posizione centrale a Santa Teresa. L’area piscina era anche molto piacevole ma un po’ rumorosa.

Cons:

Purtroppo gli ospiti vicino a noi erano un po’ rumorosi ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Je recommanderais cet endroit sans hésitations. Gros coup de cœur.

Tout! Le confort , les équipements la propreté. La beauté des lofts.

Cons:

Rien, seul point a amélioré serait p-e d’ajouter plus de verdures autour de la piscine. Et des trucs pour pouvoir étendre un peu de linge à sécher sur la terrasse. Mais aucun point négatif seulement ces deux mini détails. Sinon tout était parfait.
