Relaxing.
Pros:

Everything was great! Location and cleanliness were 10/10!

Cons:

There were 2 things. Only one spectrum remote was programmed to work all the televisions. Not convenient when your parents are used to watching their own thing in separate rooms. lol. Another was the sofa bed. We have an old futon mattress we bring on trips jic and I’m glad we did. Otherwise the sofa bed would have wrecked my back. Oh and in the pictures it showed a keurig but there was a standard coffee pot. No biggie but seeing the keurig I bought K-Cups.

Wonderful condo on the beach
Pros:

The place was well cared for, nicely decorated, and great size. We loved sitting out on the porch. Right next to the beach access. Convenient wash area to clean the sand off from the beach.

Cons:

The master bed was on the soft side. The facility’s hot tub is very small and in a different location from the pool and wasn’t very hot.

My family and I would love to come back to this relaxing, clean, and organized place and enjoy more beach views and loca
Pros:

The host was extremely organized: instructions to check in and out were clear, information about the area was accessible, details about the property rules and regulations were provided, and everything needed was clearly visible. The property itself was very clean. There were a couple of bugs which is to be expected so close to the beach but nothing that was caused by cleanliness. We were able to easily walk to the beach and local shops from our location, allowing for a relaxing time.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like.

Very comfortable. Convenient location.

Cons:

We didn’t have cold water, only warm to hot. The maintenance people, though, very quickly responded although he wasn’t able to fix the problem. I appreciated that he was so readily available to come address the problem.

Everything was great except for the dryer situation.

Cons:

The dryer didn’t work, but the property manager was on site to look at it within a half an hour of calling. Also, you can see part of the gulf, but it is somewhat blocked by the dunes.

Cons:

They had given me the wrong codes for both gate and room. It was late so I had a hard time getting someone to answer my calls. Took about 20mins to get in.

Wonderful! Would recommend!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Right on the beach and in the middle of things to do without being overcrowded in the middle of things. The condo was very clean and very well decorated!

Cons:

There wasn't any soap in the bathrooms, so after an 11 hrs drive, we had to run to the store for soap, and the light switches weren't the most user-friendly or the TV remotes. Most of the time, we were outside, though, so none of that mattered a whole lot!

Quaint beach condo within walking distance of food, shopping, activities.
Pros:

The condo is close to the beach, and within reasonable walking distance of a lot of restaurants (Blackbeards, Cafe on the Beach, Josephine’s Kitchen.) the rooms were big enough and it faces the beach, which made it nice to sit out on the porch at night.

Cons:

Bathroom in the master is tiny. I hit my head on the towel rack above the toilet several times, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.
