Mi estadía en Aparthotel Stoll fue excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo, desde la cocina equipada hasta el baño moderno con amenidades de cortesía. La cama es muy confortable, lo que asegura un buen descanso después de un día de trabajo o paseo.
Very quiet location, still lots of restaurants in close proximity. Very friendly host, free parking. Close to Messe, exactly what we were looking for.
It could be cleaner in the bathroom (dust here and there).
Slept very well, the bed is great, and it’s very peaceful, even though another apartment is full of what sounds like many yapping little dogs. However the person running this property is not to be trusted. Ask to see the “House Rules” before staying there otherwise your credit card will be deducted further for anything you did that was not in line with these “rules”, which I never actually ended up seeing. The person running it has no qualms also deducting a “tip” on top without asking you, presumably relying on you forgiving the indiscretion as it is a small amount.

It was clean and spacious.
The communication was terrible, for some reason they couldn’t accept payment from my card (which I used before and after the booking, so the problem was surely not on my end) so they started text conversation saying, quote “send asap valid credit card details in other hand you may look for another hotel” and “please do it right now before we open the apartment for new booking!”. Now, at that moment I was at a concert that I had been looking forward to for a long time, this happened 48hrs before the check-in and during the Frankfurt book fair period it’s impossible to find anything affordable in the area, needless to say that I didn’t enjoy the concert to try and sort out the issue under the pressure of constant messages from the host threatening to cancel my booking. I eventually managed to pay using another card.
In addition if you pick this place to go to Frankfurt, just don’t. It’s 20 mins walking from the station and then another good 40 mins by train which runs every half hour if not less in off-peak times.
Lastly for some odd reason they placed a single duvet on a double bed, it was so small that was impossible to tuck it under the mattress and was very uncomfortable as it kept going all over the place all night long. I asked to get it changed and they did…well with one of the same dimensions….
