Apartment nur halb so groß wie ausgewiesen
Pros:

Lage ist gut. Vorhandener Parkplatz auch gut. Das Apartment war ok

Cons:

Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist miserabel. Das Apartment hat laut Beschreibung 60m2. Eigenes Ausmessen ergab 30m2. Völlig daneben. Vermieter hat bis jetzt - nach 4 Tagen - auf keine diesbezügliche Mail geantwortet. Klimaanlage schaffte es nur, im WZ auf 23 Grad zu kühlen. Mehr ging nicht. Im SZ hatte es damit eher 25 Grad. Bilder lassen das Apartment deutlich größer erscheinen. Das ist so nicht akzeptabel.

Flott leilighet, stille og rolig
Pros:

Huset var sentralt i forhold til sentrum og buss og togstasjon. Det var flere steder man kunne oppbevare bagasje i nærheten. Matbutikk var i gangavstand mot togstasjonen. Fint å sitte ute på balkongen. God plass til 2 med separat oppholdsrom og soverom.

Cons:

Air condition var i stuen. Vi burde bedt om ekstra vifte til soverommet

Pros:

It’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, in a great location. Desenzano is perhaps the prettiest town around Lake Garda. There’s private parking for your car right at the property. The apartment’s kitchen is well-equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Wi-Fi works well.

Cons:

Poor communication with the accommodation regarding online check-in. We had to fill out a questionnaire that wasn't working; somehow the apartment changed, and at first it wasn't clearly explained what we were supposed to do. The accommodation didn't respond to messages on WhatsApp, but in the end everything worked out fine.

Pros:

Lage war sehr gut und es war eine zur Wohnung gehörende Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Cons:

Sehr zweckmäßige und spärliche Küchenausstattung z. B. kein Toster, keine Eierbecher, wenig Geschirr
Es wäre auch schön, wenn Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle vorhanden wären. Zu wenig Bügel im Kleiderschrank.

Die Lage war sehr gut und der Parkplatz war ganz ok-

Cons:

Sauberkeit - Boden war sehr fettig - Mauern waren nur drübergestrichen - Schimmel über der Dusche zu sehen - Alle ecken dreckig - Bett unkomfortabel

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum, w okolicy dobre kawiarnie i pizzerie. W apartamencie było żelazko, czajnik, toster, mikrofalówka.

Brak komunikacji z obiektem. Na swojej stronie na bookingu obiekt oferuje prywatny parking za 20 euro za pobyt. Zaraz po dokonaniu rezerwacji napisałam wiadomość na bookingu z prośbą o zarezerwowanie miejsca. Brak odpowiedzi. Napisałam maila na adres podany przez obiekt. Zero odpowiedzi przez 2 tygodnie. Przed wyjazdem skontaktowałam się z bookingiem w sprawie braku odpowiedzi. Po interwencji Bookingu otrzymałam mailowo odpowiedź, że obiekt nie dysponuje miejscami parkingowymi. Odniosłam się do tego, co mają napisane w ofercie. W odpowiedzi obiekt odpisał, że to błąd i mają, ale w cenie 20 euro za noc. Przesłałam screen z ich obiektu i od tej pory nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Dwukrotnie dzwoniłam do Bookingu w tej sprawie i im także nie udało się wyjaśnić sprawy. Ostatecznie parkowaliśmy na miejscach ogólnodostępnych. W wiadomości o wymeldowaniu dostaliśmy godzinę check outu o 1 godzinę wcześniej niż w informacjach na Bookingu. Dodatkowo pościel w apartamencie była wyprana, ale z wieloma brązowymi plamami.

Il divano letto non era comodo mancavano i lenzuoli per il divano letto e mancava una coppia di asciugamani avevamo prenotato per quattro e c’erano solo due paia di asciugamani

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie w typowym włoskim stylu

Cons:

Mało miejsc parkingowych. Niestety po zakupieniu pobytu dowidziałam się że nie ma żadnych wolnych miejsc ( a to było główne kryterium szukania mieszkania )

Disappointment and around one hundred euros per person for "cleaning" is far too much
Cons:

The location was extremely noisy. The suites are located in the corner of an intersection where the is reasonably busy traffic. The window of the bed room did not close/seal properly - which did not help reduce the noise from the streets. And the third sofa-bed in the unit was old and noisy - with the squeaky springs of the sofa waking you up every time you turned during the night.
